It is also a gourmet spot in Koedo-Sawara, a 7-8 minute drive away, with many famous Italian and French restaurants where you can enjoy seasonal vegetables and fruits. It is also famous for its eel restaurants, where you can find lines of people waiting, and as a battleground for shaved ice, a summer tradition. It is in a prime location within walking distance of Katori Shrine, which has attracted attention in recent years as a power spot and is the main shrine of the approximately 400 Katori shrines throughout Japan.
