My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.

Location, location, location! Enjoy a lovely experience at this centrally-located place. Our apartment is beautifully refurbished. Two separate bedrooms with double beds. Open plan reception room with kitchen. Beautiful stylish bathroom/WC. The flat is aimed at people who need to stay in Almaty for at least a few weeks.

Наша квартира расположена общей площадью 50 квадратных метров, находится на 1 этаже. В доме всего 5 этажей. Все окна выходят на южную сторону, то есть на улицу Джандосова.
