It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

If you want to experience country side and have the amenities of city planned apartments, then Silay Happy House is the place to go. The neighbors as well as the neighborhood dogs were super friendly. I would suggest renting a car or using the grab app because it is quite a ride from the nearest super market. Other than that, would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rai’s Place. Sir Rai is very responsive despite catching flights in between. Everything that you need is already there, we were able to cook food, whole house is air-conditioned and we really felt at home. Could not describe more kay dabest gid amon stay. Planning to stay there again if ever we get a chance to travel again. Kudos to Sir Rai!

I was looking for a place where it's peaceful and cool, a perfect place to spend time during summer.. and this place whas the perfect choice! Spectacular view, serene vibes, quiet surroundings, and on top of that a hospitable host! Our stay was made perfecr because of the caring nature of Ate Emilyn. I had a wonderful stay at the 8th Pad Unit in Messavaire Condo, Bacolod. Host Yveth exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with all the basic essentials provided for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more special was Miss Yveth’s attentiveness. I requested an iron to press my toga as I was graduating the next day, and she gladly provided one—something I truly appreciated. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for accommodating my request. I will definitely book again and highly recommend this pad to my friends!

Lilan's place is exactly how it's advertised. Location is very convenient; the unit had all the necessary amenities; and the rate is reasonable. She's responsive and helpful, too. Would recommend!

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

The location is perfect, next to a mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to fastfoods/restaurants and public transport. A convenience store next to the entrance. I loved that the place had 2 separat beds with pull outs so we didn't need to share beds. Kitchen was essential for us ,they have a full sized fridge with freezer too. There wasn't toiletries which isn't really a big deal for us but check with host so know if you need to pack,also we couldn't figure out how to on the heater lols. but also wasn't a big deal for us, if that's essential for your stay,you might want to sort that when you get there rather than later -the host are very responsive All in all we had a great and comfortable stay and 💯 would recommend this home. Thank you

The place was really clean and we really liked that it had a balcony. Although we didn’t expect we needed to park somewhere else, it was a good stay and we’ll be definitely be coming back here soon.

Perfect place to stay when in Bacolod. Grail's place is clean and smells good. I like that it only has the things that the guests would need during the stay - very functional. It also has a gated garage which is good if you have a car. I booked her place last minute due to some mishaps in my previous airbnb and she was accommodating and responsive. She let me stay with my dogs which I really appreciate! The place has a fast internet connection which allowed me to do my work with no problems. And netfllix and youtube too, for the guests entertainment. Her place is highly recommended and I'll surely come back again.
