Magnifica homestay al centro di Tam Coc. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check-in/check-out, anche ad orari "nom convenzionali" (il nostro bus è arrivato alle .5 di mattina e abbiamo potuto comunque lasciare i bagagli). La stanza spaziosa è pulita. Il letto comodissimo (il sonno migliore di tutto il Vietnam!). Tan, poi, è una perla rara. Simpatica, gentile, disponibile. Ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione e fatto un servizio di laundry velocissimo prima di partire. Ciao ha dato, inoltre, la possibilità- affatto scontata - di parcheggiare lo scooter all'interno e un sacco di consigli sui luoghi da visitare nell'area. La consiglio a chiunque voglia venire nella zona di Ninh Binh!!

Super friendly volks who are running the place! It felt quiet there and it was nice to hear the birds and see the mountains and rice fields. It's just a short walk away from the town center. For breakfast they offered some fried rice, fried eggs, fruits and pancakes. All in all great experience. We would come back:)

Nous sommes arrivés très tôt via un bus de nuit et malgré le fait que le Check in se faisait qu’à partir de 14h nous avons pu laisser nos affaires dès 11h dans notre chambre, et en attendant nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Les hôtesses parlent bien anglais, ce qui nous a facilité les échanges, notre chambre était propre et avait une salle de bain privative, possibilité de louer des vélos à la journée. Logement très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé et calme. Le petit plus : une bouteille d’eau fraîche offerte par personne en partant

Our stay in Ninh Binh was excellent. The accommodation hosted by Thanh was fantastic — spotless, very clean, and located on a quiet street just a short walk from the main road. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and karaoke bars nearby, as well as easy access to tourist attractions like the Tam Coc boat ride. We also rented their bicycles and enjoyed a lovely ride around the area. Thanh, his wife, and his daughters are all wonderful people — warm, kind, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!

Cute little cabin rooms. This is in the owner’s home’s yard. He makes really good breakfast! The location is right in the heart of Tam Coc the town. There are some places to stay that are more in the nature side within the mountains that looked beautiful, but this location was more convenient for people wanting something close to the town, restaurants, bars etc. We rented bikes and took the paths to the mountains - it was perfect!
