Good for short stay at high floor but waiting lift may take some time

A very clean and homey place that has plenty of massages, restaurants and eco galleria literally just downstairs! Jaya grocer is just a few mins away and is such a fab supermarket with international brands that we love. Checking in and out werea breeze too. Security was super secure too which made us feel very safe at all times. The host was also v kind to provide a cot for our baby. The TV was preloaded with TV games that entertained my 2 older boys so much!

This unit is exceptionally clean, perfect for someone like me who’s particular about every detail, especially the toilet and bedsheets. Everything is spotless. On top of that, the space feels very cozy and comfortable, with great convenience all around. Sapphire’s instructions are clear and easy to follow, making the stay hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Host was quick to reply, friendly and helpful. The house was awesome!! When I first stepped in, it felt so nice and cosy and there was a very nice scent. Place was clean too, suitable for family with children. My family and I loved the place and strongly recommend it to others!

room was clean and exactly as the photos. the projector was a huge plus. nice and plush bedding too. location wise was a 5-10min grab ride to AEON and toppen mall, and had lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Ding Siew was so kind to offer late check out which was great to catch up on sleep which was much needed. definitely would reccomend to other guests!

The location of this apartment is very good near to all those popular shopping area and a lot of nearby restaurant to try. The apartment feels comfortable when staying here feels like home. The host was very good and replied to every request that I have. So if you’re in Johor Bahru give this apartment a try

Great place, responsive host. Quite convenient to most of mount austin places. Slight inconvenience is only during entry by cars where they need to take picture of your license/personal details.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, felt just at home when staying in the apartment. Located very near Austin Heights where there are many places to eat and have fun! Highly recommended place to stay for those looking for a staycation in Mount Austin!

Excellent location with an awesome view. Walkable convenience stores and eateries. Large area for family activities. Area was generally clean. Cookery and cutlery were clean and sufficient.

Clean and convenient place. The famous Verbena Bakery is just around the corner. I had a great sleep. The noise from the road can only be heard at the toilet. The bed is faraway from the toilet and facing the small lake. If really want to pick some cons from the room is there weren’t any instructions in the room on how to use the projector and the parking space is a bit small. I will stay there again if I’m going to JB again.

Great location connected to ksl mall with shops and food around. well furnished and great projector, used it for listening to music and watching shows on YouTube. unfortunately the remote control for projector didn't work well and we had to press directly on the projector. lifts rather old and rickety. and lifts were slow because each lift is separately controlled with their own buttons so it was inefficient, but didn't have to wait too long anyway. Aircon was okay temperature but blanket was too thick to use in that temp.

Koh made the check in process very straightforward and was also flexible with the check out timing when we had overslept! The place is nice with a great balcony view and projector works great with the blinds shut. Would stay over again :)

It was a very nice apartment , very cozy and have 5 star hotel service. The host really think of the guuest comfort. Very recomenned. will stay here again next visit. note ; the floor but quite slipery, maybe too clean ...... except that everything is perfect .
