Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Taman Melawati

The stay looked exactly like the photos. It was squeaky clean and had an amazing view. The property was quite big, but the best part about it was Ry. He’s super responsive and helpful as a host. Would love to stay here again if I come back to Malaysia. 10/10 recommended. 😇

Had a wonderful stay here - the building is modern with great amenities like an infinity pool, gym, and secure access. It's in a perfect location next to a mall and train station. The apartment was clean, comfy, and well-equipped with AC, washer/dryer, and smart TV. Rainee was a super friendly host and helpful with a great tour and local tips. Would definitely look to book here again if ever in Kuala Lumpur ☺️

Really a very good place to stay. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Just one thing which I did not like is they charge RM30 for checkin. 10PM checkin is not that late.

Tiny but mighty is how I would describe this one bed room studio. It had everything required for a short stay for 2 pax and was overall very comfortable and squeaky clean. I would book again if I need to stay in KL

Stunning location, 2 min walk to petronas towers. So much space for so little price!

The apartment is on the side of the w hotel. It’s on floor 25 and sometimes I had to wait for the lift a while. There was no hot water but as it was so hot outside the cold shower was refreshing. The TVs did not work well but certainly they can be fixed. Washing dryer etc worked very well. Generally I was extremely pleased with everything and I would recommend this place to stay. It’s good value and a great location with a great view. Thank you

The first Airbnb I truly enjoyed. My partner and I needed a place to stay in Malaysia - and Mont Kiara is perfect. It's safe, quiet, community here is amazing, and in these 2 months I've meet so many good and kind people that I'll miss. Shopping is easy, there is a gym, pools, everything I needed. And this area was a great place for taking late night runs, it's so quiet and safe - very nice. And there is a local running community I always see them while I'm on my runs. The Airbnb listing mentioned “light cooking,” but honestly, the kitchen was better equipped than my own home. Cooking here was AMAZING, the space was clean, easy to use, equipped and just very pretty. Living here was effortless. Small things, like the easy-to-use washing machine, made a big difference for someone like me who works long hours. I had a lot of extra time to create memories here and I couldn't be more grateful to Yau for this amazing place, and Malaysia for offering this. 100% coming back when I visit!

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities! We had a fantastic experience staying at this unit! The place was spotless and well-maintained. All the facilities provided were top-notch. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus—having the ability to do laundry during our stay was so convenient and really helped us out! The balcony was the perfect spot to sit and unwind, offering breathtaking views. It was so relaxing to just sit out there and enjoy the scenery—truly a peaceful escape. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and leisure. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

The house is super clean. Very spacious . Comfortable. More important you don't have to fight for bathrooms 😂 6 bedroom 6 bathroom very suitable for big family. The host is responsive and polite.

We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Ruben's place is located in a serene location of Kuala Lumpur near to Jalan Ampang. The condo complex is located within embassy zone and therefore very quite and peaceful. the condo had stunning views of Down Town Kuala Lumpur with Merdeka 118, KL Tower and TRX Exchange all clearly visible with stunning surrounding during day and night. This is one of the largest condos with 3 bed and attached bath and 1 common wash room. getting 4 washrooms in a condo in KL is indeed luxury. The open kitchen is very convenient. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer which was very useful. The condo has 2 car parking conveniently located in the covered car park. We rented a SUV and we could park it very conveniently and easily. Ruben was very responsive and reachable whenever we wanted to reach out. He is an excellent host. His condo is indeed a hidden gem in one of the finest cities of the world ie Kuala Lumpur. We shall certainly be back again when we visit KL next time. It deserves a 5* and I rated 5*.
