Host was very responsive and quick to reply to enquiries, which is what I look for when booking a place as I’m quite last min. 👍🏼 House was very clean and cozy and definitely value for money as well. 🏡 Parking was sheltered and elevated, which gave a sense of assurance during this rainy season as flood can be quite a worrisome thing. P.S. If you drive a lowered car, do go very slow or try to exit sideways even though it’s quite narrow as I scratched my front lip. 😅 Overall, definitely recommend this place. 💯

The apartment was newly renovated with a smart home in design. We are impressed with the lightings in the house, electric curtains and kitchen appliances etc. In our opinion, this apartment would score perfect 10 if the projector tv just be a smart tv (unable to watch clearly under dim lighting, unlike tv - apps not user friendly) & the water purifier be easier to operate (no water - always prompt need to clean & top up). Having said that, it was not a complaint. We have a great time staying at the place. Recommended to all, especially family with kids.

Great accommodation and nice scenery. House was very spacious and everything was very well organised. Bedrooms were clean and towels arranged neatly for us. 10/10 experience, will definitely consider booking again.

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. They provide essential cooking tools, common condiments, instant noodles, and instant coffee. It was very convenient to prepare simple meals during the stay. I also noticed a small collection of books in Chinese made the space feel even more welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like a home. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but there was access to Yogurt TV, which offered a variety of channels from all over the country. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a short stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, well-maintained, and felt homely. Both the condo and place were spotless and fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the apt was beautiful, and the surrounding area felt safe and peaceful as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

The place was nice, clean and had full amenities! The view was also great. Location is quite ideal and private but very safe as there is security guard at the entrance at all times and you have to use your keycard to access to your floor. Bernice was also very helpful, friendly and responsive. The only gripe I had was that the hot water was not hot enough for us and the bed was slightly harder that what we are used to. Would come back to stay here again!

Our third time staying with Mandy and her prep was great as usual. Some hiccups but response was prompt and helpful. Price, location and service - highly recommend!

Easy and clear instructions from Catie. She even called me a day earlier to inform me that there’s a water disruption on the day of my check out. Appreciate the effort made. Was given a bigger apartment but 2 other rooms were locked as we are only a family of 4. Apartment was huge. Location is only a stone throw away from CIQ. Many food stalls nearby if you’re driving. The only downsides are noises from the vehicles downstairs as apartment was just right beside CIQ. Jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean as the jet blows out residues. Maybe due to previous home stayers using bath bombs. We ended up not utilising it. It was too warm to sit in the balcony as there are 4 aircon condensers. Checking in and out was hassle free. Catie was kind enough to keep us updated throughout. Will come back again next time. Thank you Catie!

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for my family. My two young children loved the swimming pool and all of the facilities in the building. Very safe and worth the money. Will definitely come back.

everything is great / perfect.. host also very responsive…only the lift waiting time make it not too perfect, it is not host full controlled things, but I think maybe host can proposed something to building management to improve the lift condition and waiting time.

I had a really lovely and comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The space was spotless—very clean, neat, and well-organized, which made it feel welcoming and easy to settle into right away. It’s also a very peaceful location, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so finding a good meal or a cosy spot for coffee was always convenient. The area felt lively yet not overcrowded, which was a great balance. All the facilities and amenities were in excellent working condition, which I really appreciated—everything functioned as it should, which isn’t always the case in every stay. From the shower to the appliances, everything was smooth and hassle-free, adding to the overall comfort. The host was also friendly and approachable. Will definitely return again!

Absolutely love my stay. Host is extremely friendly and very responsive. Provided PDF file for house instructions as well as facilities within the building. The room is really clean! Have a handful of air fresheners that made the house smells really good. Check in is very smooth and it’s within the same building only! Small downside: 1. Water pressure is slightly low 2. Doesn’t have mini-mart directly beneath (but has connecting bridge to nearby malls) Overall, very very happy stay!

The place was so cosy, we wished we stayed longer! Everything was exactly like the pictures and kept really clean. The host is really responsive and clear with their instructions on how to check-in and check-out. The location is also really ideal. Highly recommend!

Checking in was a breeze thanks to the instructions given. The place is peaceful, clean and had everything I needed even a drinking water dispenser. Host was super responsive and friendly! The area doesn’t have much around but it’s definitely not far from CIQ. Will definitely book this place again!
