Beautifully decorated and modern unit. Secured access and garage. The location is great specially in proximity to key iconic Masjid and short drive from the old city. Even though the neighborhood is a bit older building but you are close to the old city of Casablanca with its old souk and traditional shops and restaurants but not too far from some good places to eat as well. One thing I would have wished is more open view of the city from the unit but that didn’t impact our stay. We were greeted at check-in by Ahmad and Omar who lives at the building and provide help to tenants in general.

Just great. Really peaceful place outside the crazy center of Casablanca. Really beautiful apartments in private residence with private driveway, lovely gardens, security, swimming pool and walkable less than 2 minutes from the beach. I mean, difficult to equal in terms of similar easy accommodations in Casablanca. Good reasonable price as well. And top easy communication with the owner. Apartments with all facilities. Clean, and no possible complaints. In summary, a truly good choice. Until now, one of best in Casablanca after several times there. thanks Hanaa!

The accommodation is located in the center of Casablanca by the sea in a super secure area, and it is ideally located: Very close to Menara Mall and Hassan 2 Mosque, close to the Medina and Casa Port station which brings you to the airport. You also have free parking in the residence. How do I do better?! It made us want to come back because it felt like home with a very modern/chic decoration. The kitchen has the essentials, but is a little set back from the rest of the apartment (for those who plan to cook...). The highlight of the apartment being the view of the sea which is breathtaking from the terrace of the living room... But also on every terrace in every room! Yes yes yes! Mamoun is very responsive and available for the duration of the stay. Its goal is to have the best possible stay. Recommended accommodation and will return on my next visit to Casablanca!

The apartment is located in a upscale neighborhood (the marina). It was very safe with guards that were never visible yet were always there to help in case they were needed. Parking was very accessible and private. The apartment was tastefully decorated and climate control was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Ilham was very helpful and the apartment was lovely. It was spacious and clean with a lot of natural light. Big, comfy sofas and a dining table, a big tv in the living room and bedroom, and very comfortable bed. It was super clean with everything we needed. The rooftop was very nice with a stunning view of the mosque and the sea. Everything was very convenient and Ilham was very accommodating. I highly recommend this host and apartment if you’re in Casablanca.

Communication with Sofia was excellent, she was available, friendly and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is neat, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. I recommend it 100%!

A perfect stay in Casablanca! The villa was impeccable, tastefully decorated and perfectly located, close to major sights and shops. The beds were comfortable, and the living space was very bright, which made our stay very pleasant. This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

Host is responsive and available and very welcoming. The listing is as described. Very good address to spend a friendly and peaceful time with friends and family. Access to the beach is easy and you can swim a few meters away. I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary products: laundry, dishwasher tablets, household products, vacuum cleaner, etc. Great value for the price

Absolutely incredible stay! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and the view was just stunning, even better than the pictures. What truly made the experience exceptional was Fayza. She went above and beyond in every way. I mentioned I needed a hair dryer, and Fayza delivered one in under 30 minutes, I was honestly amazed. She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided detailed, thoughtful instructions that made finding the place, parking safely, and settling in so easy and stress-free. Fayza even took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was okay after I arrived, that kind of care is rare and so appreciated. I felt completely comfortable, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and truly well-hosted stay. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The apartment is spacious and clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning... overlooking the beach and a large, clean swimming pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. The place is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it feel just like home. The gated community is safe and quiet, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.
