There is a private dipping pool and covered gazebo in the backyard & full-size pool at the clubhouse. There is access to a 18 hole golf course along with tennis and basketball courts on site. A short 8 minute walk through the golf course takes you to 8 km’s of beach on Bahia Ballenas.*Please note that clubhouse amenities may be limited due to Covid restrictions*

Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!
