Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Tân Bình

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

The accommodation is worth the price, there are many eateries, restaurants, convenience stores around. The location is worth it. What I like most is the local community, Saigon people are very friendly and kind. Whenever they see me, the neighbors around there often smile friendly. I love Saigon people and I want to live there long term.

I had a great stay for 4 nights! The entrance is quite hidden, but made easier to find with clear instructions. It's like looking for a hidden bar! You have to go through a small alley between shops. Self check in was smooth. Everything was clean and there were no weird smells. Plenty of space to put my luggage, hang my washed clothes, charge my devices. There was a dressing table, a bedside table, many drawers, a huge bed and a night light. However, the bed was too soft for me. The windows were tinted to block 99% of the light from outside. Loud music can be heard coming from opposite cafes until 2am so please take note. If you come back after 11pm, you have to open the alley gate padlock. The padlock keyhole is small and slim, it was difficult for me to open it through a small hole with one hand. I even dropped my key trying the first time. If you have heavy or big luggage, try to book GF or 1F. You can store your luggage after checkout and motorbike at the GF, at your own risk.

On a été un peu surpris au départ par cette petite allée et ce logement atypique différents des autres, mais aussi très vite habitué. Le logement était propre bien équipé et bien situé et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien passé.

청소는 말을 해야 해주는것 같아요~ 첫날은 청소를 물어보니 오후 1시에 메이드가 와서 해준다고 해서 둘째날은 별도 말을 안했더니 안되있더라고요~ 예약하시는분들 참고하세요~

地下にスーパーがあったり、目の前にコンビニがあったり、空港から近かったり、とても便利な場所でした。浴槽は無いです。プールに自由に入ることができます。

Beautiful, squeaky clean, and modern 1-bedroom apartment with free access to the gym and pool. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of several supermarkets and right next door to a 7-Eleven. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in two hours early. I’d love to stay here again—highly recommended!

Châu is our host. She was responsive and polite. There was a ping pong table on the second floor so bring your own paddle and balls if you’re into ping pong. We stayed for almost a month.

Trước khi đến, mình đã search rất nhiều nơi ở và cuối cùng thì chốt ở đây vì giá cả hợp lý, ở nhiều ngày còn có discount, vị trí thuận lợi vừa gần sân bay mà chạy ra trung tâm cũng gần, thiết kế bắt mắt, nhân viên và Ben rất nhiệt tình , thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và giúp đỡ. Có bãi đậu xe miền phí cho xe máy và chú giữ xe rất dễ thương. Chỗ ở có quán cà phê nhỏ ngay trong toà nhà nên rất tiện, ngồi thưởng thức cà phê vừa đọc sách vừa nghe nhạc. Phòng sạch sẽ, có dọn phòng 1 tuần 1 lần nếu ở lâu nên rất yên tâm. Tivi xem được cả YouTube, Netflix… mà ko phải trả thêm phí. Có cả nước uống tinh khiết miễn phí. Máy giặt máy sấy và nước giặt thơm phức luôn được fill đầy đủ. Tất xả đều miễn phí. Chỉ có điều khách hút thuốc ngoài khu vực thang máy thì có khói thuốc vào phòng thui. Yêu cầu gì đều được đáp ứng rất chu đáo. Một trong những chỗ ở yêu thích nhất of mình từ trước đến giờ.Ngoài ra mọi thứ đều rất tuyệt! Nếu có dịp, mình sẽ quay lại đây nhiều lần, điều đó là chắc chắn 👍🏻👍?

It’s a pretty good place to stay and it’s near the Airport, i highly recommend this place if you want to live near the Airport

Propre et facile d’accès Peter est un excellent hôte j’ai aimé le piano et la télévision qui était de bonne qualité pour une prestation de ce prix, commodités proches, pas de bruit je reviendrai !!

Anh was very supportive and responsive. Her place was very clean and the same like photos. We had access to the pool and really enjoyed staying there. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment in Sky Center Phổ Quang. The place was clean, fully equipped, and conveniently located near the airport and many local restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful. I was happy with everything and would definitely come back again!

Originally, I plan to stay at Anh's apartment for one week. The place was excellent, then I extend two more times, and eventually I stayed there for 3 weeks. The location is very good, very convenient, with very complete amenities in unit. Anh is a superhost, very friendly and sincere, always responded within minutes. I will stay at Anh's apartment again when I go to Saigon next time.
