Good place, great location

I decided to spend 3 nights at Pepperhouse, and it truly felt like home. The apartment was clean, cozy, and beautifully laid out with great aesthetics. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I believe it could comfortably host 2-3 people. The location was perfect too, everything I wanted to visit was within a 10-minute bike ride, making it so convenient. There were also many local food options nearby, and the stall owners were very friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again on future trips!

I stayed at Sunny’s places for 3-nights and four days. The apartment was much better than I had imagined and the pictures do not reflect the quality of the rooms and fixtures. We used the gym everyday during our stay and the equipment was in great condition and functional. The neighborhood was upscale with a great view of the canal. The convenience store at the entrance to the apartment building was an added bonus and the clerks were courteous and spoke English well. The location was unbeatable with easy access to the best parts of the city by Taxi or Uber. I found Uber to be the best way to get around and the apartment was well-known to most of the drivers. I’ve stayed in a number of Airbnb’s from Aruba to Thailand and Sunny’s place rates at the top of the list.

My second time staying here. It is such good value for money and such a great location! Would highly recommend. Thank you for having us

This is a hotel. The host is only a middleman, but it's easy to get around and buy. The hotel's service is very good.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while in town for work. Will stay again next time!

Nice place for my quick trip to HCMC. Right in middle of District 1. Nearby street work is a bit inconvenient but it was communicated in advance and is not within property’s control.

A modern and clean high floor unit a a stylish building. Nice pool on the roof! Staff was very helpful. Fantastic neighborhood with many food options from streetfood to high end dining.

It was a very pretty and amazing establishment - loved our time here cooking and eating by the river, with very responsive and considerate host.

The landlord responded very promptly and was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with a good view. It made people want to stay a few more days! Will definitely come again next time!❤️

The lounge is pleasant, peaceful when I come to check in. towels, drap and pillows that are clean and fragrant sunny without the smell of bleach. The central location is easy to find, near the apartment many delicious dishes. especially with lovely kittens
