Luciano is his parents were extremely friendly and punctual. The space was even better than the pictures. The facilities are new and the space was extremely clean. All working properly refrigerators, pool, air conditioning, fans, automatic gate, all perfect. Certainly one of the best equipped that I have hosted dishes, glasses, cutlery and everything necessary for the perfect stay and reinforcement, all impeccably clean. Anyway, we had incredible days of rest with the family, soon we'll be back.

Our stay was excellent, the house is faithful to the listing and we felt at home, everything was impeccable, clean, complete, comfortable. Near the house there is everything, supermarkets, pharmacy, the location is great for all the places we need to go. Communication with the host was agile and easy, we needed to stay more days due to work and we resolved it calmly; the power went out on our first day and it was resolved very quickly. There are two houses in the same space with a shared entrance, all very quiet, we had an inconvenience only on Sunday with the resident of the house next door and we communicated with the owner Sônia. The garage is very tight, but we leave the car on the street, it is a very quiet neighborhood. We recommend it with certainty, you can rent without fear! Returning to Rio Preto, we will stay in the same house for sure!

The accommodations are very good, just like in the photos, there is a market nearby that makes it easy to buy groceries, it met my needs.
