Very nice hospitality!

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

We had a great stay! Andre is a wonderful host—very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. He kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made things much easier as we were traveling with kids. The place is family-friendly overall, but just a heads-up for those with toddlers: the stairs can be a bit tricky. Our 1-year-old was very curious, so we had to keep a close eye on him. Still, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated Andre's warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

The house is very large and much bigger than the photos look.Host can help with buying things as there is a need to cook some kitchenware for me.The house is air-conditioned independently, has dryers and washers, hot water has a large flow of hot water and is very habitable.Come back to Jakarta and will continue to stay here, it was very good experience

This is my 2nd time staying here, and I would like to say that it is consistent in cleanliness and coziness! Many facilities provided, assistance provided ASAP. Numerous boardgames, but TV is a little difficult to navigate. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for making us feel welcomed once again :)

Hosts are communicative and fast response. They let us check in earlier and that's quite helpful. On the other hands, pls kindly check the bath tub installation cause there's a constant leaks each time we took a shower. Overall, the place itself looks exactly as in the pictures. Thank you hosts !

the apartment is clean and neat

I stayed at this accommodation for a total of two months. After spending the first month and being satisfied, I decided to extend my stay for another month. First of all, the place looks almost exactly like it does in the photos, and it's conveniently located for accessing both Jakarta and Tangerang city centers. There are also convenience stores, laundromats, and restaurants nearby, which makes daily life very convenient. There is a dedicated office room, which makes it convenient for working. While the Wi-Fi occasionally disconnects, the host is very responsive and takes immediate action whenever contacted, so it was never a major issue. One minor downside is that the tap water has a slight chemical smell, but for drinking water, a water purifier is provided. The host is extremely kind and always provided prompt support whenever I faced any difficulties, which made my stay very comfortable. Wishing VINA continued health and happiness always!

Delzyanna's house is perfect for a large family. The house has everything for a comfortable stay for a family. We were 19 people including kids and elders and we had a great stay.

Timothy was an incredibly responsive host and always available. He went above and beyond in responding to my concerns to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Timothy’s place is well located, in walking distance to AEON and a few minutes drive to the Breeze.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. The owner so kind Ms Anita friendly and helpful even I asked her about if she knew anyone rent motorcycle and she was fast response and send me some recommendations therefore, high recommend for anyone want rent there. The room so clean and enough for two person, location also nice nearby many restaurants and cafe , the view wonderful, but one thing the location a bit far from central Jakarta but also not too much far around 30 min by motorcycle. Generally 10000⭐️/10

The place is very clean and everyone loves the unit. Thank you! I really recommend this unit to everyone except for elderly people. It’s perfect for us youngsters (spacious, super clean) but senior people might have difficulties since the shower is on the bathtub and is placed a bit too high to reach. But overall, this is one of the best airbnb i’ve ever experienced. Location is superb.

We want to have a family gathering during weekend, but we’re too lazy to get out of town. So happy to found this place. Really feels like we’re in a villa somewhere, without traveling so far away. We had a good time here, kids can go swimming or playing in the garden. Lots of games we can play. Plenty of cutleries so we can cook and feed a lot of people without thinking that we don’t have enough plates. Charles himself is so helpful and responsive.
