we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

Staying at Williams place was awesome, lots of things to do, enough space to go around, especially for a big families like ours. Personally the place looked peaceful, away from a busy lifestyle, you'll feel refreshed once your done with your vacation. Booking Experience - you have to plan and decide ahead if you want to experience this place as it always fully book. Our event held May 10 2025 however I booked and reserved the place as early as October 2024. Communication - The host response and answered all my inquiries in timely manner. She is very accommodating and patiently address my concerns. Place - from the boat terminal going to the venue is remarkable experience. KLebrix Lakehouse is such a beautiful place, the interior design of the houses matches the beauty of Lake Lumot. What I also love about, is the Pavillion (dinning and kitchen located) it is separated from the 2 houses. You can cook and make noise while preparing meal without distracting the sleep/rest of the guest. My daughter's bday theme is Dora the Explorer. So many things you can do for this place. Had everything listed and my whole family enjoyed the stay. The caretaker was very friendly and polite. Kitchen utensils are complete, everything to toiletries and towels. The place is super cozy and comfy and everyone liked it. The whole house is airconditioned and lots of areas to hangout to. Netflix, check Youtube, check Speaker, check Heated Jacuzzi, 500/hour was worth it! Every inch of the place was ig worthy. 10 star!

We booked this place for a 3D2N stay to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was honestly the perfect spot. The space had a charming glamping vibe—cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the tank pool, which was super refreshing and unique, and the projector setup added a fun, intimate touch to our night. The entire stay felt peaceful and private, making it a great escape from the city. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and true to the photos. You can tell the hosts really take care of the place. Definitely recommend it for couples looking for a chill getaway with a bit of flair. Would love to come back!

Went with my fanily and to have our Pre-nup. The host was very gracious and was very willing to cater to our requests. The place is so beautiful. Even better than the photos. The place is great for any season. Summer for a great barkada get away and during the start of rainy season for a great ambiance. There are 2 cute turtles onsite as well. The care takers are super attentive and kind. Will book again soon, maybe with friends :)

Everyone in my family had only appreciation for everything Lumalumi is and the one of a kind experience it gave us. I had my 82 year-old mom join us to experience fresh air and wonderful flora! She loves plants and flowers. The place was so convenient and everything was well thought off. Good for quiet, private and relaxing retreat for small families. Also, Aiza & Ruby and the staff are all nice and helpful and even assisted us in taking our photos. They also allowed us to check-out late as my son and I went for a last minute cold dip in the jacuzzi while watching the amazing view of the mountains and wind turbines.

Had a great time with my friends at Two Rivers Teepees and Treehouse! Sir Jun and the caretakers are very welcoming, approachable, and friendly. We were able to cook whatever we wanted with their free utensils and portable stove. We also enjoyed the river beside the place, kids love it! It’s hot during the day, but chilly at night. Nice experience overall!
