The sierra and the city together!

This place is SPECIAL, you will want to come back! Apartment at the foot of El Cerrito Park and in the middle of Tandil. Unique location, everything within reach, the mountain to tour, do physical activity, and the city with all its gastronomic, cultural, tourist offer. Very bright, windows in all its environments, beautiful views, bedroom with large placares, full bathroom, living room with excellent sofa bed, large balcony in front of the park and covered garage with electric gate. Don't hesitate!

Beraja, a house of peace in the middle of the tourist area, 10 minutes from the city, on a cul-de-sac with its own stream and views of the Sierras. We offer privacy and security. 1000 meters of park with spacious views and different environments, decorated in detail and equipped with all amenities (dishwasher, per example). Heating underfloor heating and hot central air conditioners. It has a terrace that can be enjoyed even with rain. Roasts are not canceled! Heated pool.

Ideal place to relax at the foot of the mountains and easily access them to walk them. Comfortable fifth house with a large park crossed by a stream, a variety of grove and a dreamy view. Place for 5 people but can be adapted up to 9 (adding an additional one) with armchairs beds available in the qucho space located in the same house Just 5 minutes from the city center and a few steps from Paseo La Cascada.
