This place is SPECIAL, you'll want to come back! Apartment at the foot of El Cerrito Park and in the middle of Tandil. A unique location, everything within reach, the mountains to explore, do physical activity, and the city with all its gastronomic, cultural, and tourist offerings. Very bright, windows in all its rooms, beautiful views, bedroom with large closets, full bathroom, living room with excellent sofa bed, large balcony facing the park and covered garage with electric gate. Don't hesitate!

1 bedroom Dptos, in front of the dike, close to everything, immersed in nature. With a private garage and great comfort in all its environments. Built exclusively to feel housed as in a hotel, with full first line equipment and en-suite bathroom. The dining room is very spacious and comfortable, with an extra bed (larrealoft tandil) No smoking inside the apartment. Those reservations that enter on Sunday have an extra cleaning fee of 20,000 pesos.
