Excellent place in every way, we would definitely come back. Mariana and Alejandro were always attentive and although there was a hurricane, the place was the best refuge and the hosts behaved accordingly. Thank you very much.

The room is located inside the Camino Real Zaashila hotel so you can enjoy the benefits of an Airbnb and the amenities of a hotel. Miriam was always available at all times for any questions we had or to give us a recommendation. The hotel is big and the pool too, the hotel staff is very friendly. We travel with two people with reduced mobility and the bell boys were always attentive to get up to the room in the golf cart for the two seniors. We really enjoyed the stay, the apartment is decorated with impeccable taste and has all the elements to cook. We hope to come back many times because so far it is one of our favorite places! This place was perfect for our trip! It’s just a short walk from the beach and has a beautiful view. The host gave us great recommendations for nearby beaches, which helped us enjoy the area even more. The location is also very convenient, close to supermarkets and good restaurants. The place was very cozy, everything was clean and just as described. We’d definitely stay here again!

Super all around, Andre was very good at getting back to me as needed, and provided good service. Also friendly, and always smiling. Location was great, half a block from the big grocery store, and 5 minutes from the beach. Note - there is a pickleball club you can play at for a very reasonable rate, only 5 minute walk. All around, will try to return next year!

We felt so comfortable, at home! The beaches very close, the area very quiet, I took my grandma in a wheelchair and it was very easy access with the apartment, everything very nice and elegant. I would definitely come back.

very close to the Plaza de la Cruzesita, where you find all kinds of services and amenities, only 5 minutes away casminating, despite being in a private coto, the apartment is very quiet. our host was always attentive to our arrival. a very friendly person.

Very nice place with a beautiful surroundings. Safe and tranquil except for the crazy party buses that come through at night every now and then. Everything is a quick cab ride away. Next door restaurant is always good and the one around the corner is a good steak option.

Very good treatment by staff at the reception, the facilities complied with the published description. I would have to stay again.

A nice and pleasant place to visit as a family…!

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

The place matches the photos and the location is magnificent, being able to enjoy the hotel facilities, beach, etc. The only thing is that there is no all-inclusive plan for the hotel and during the December season the prices of food and drinks are excessive, but everything regarding the condominium is excellent!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at La Palacio. The Airbnb was exactly as described and very well-equipped. The unit was spacious, clean and well laid out. Our contact Patti was lovely and responded very quickly. The building has a beautiful pool and nice outdoor seating. It’s easy access to La Crucecita and Santa Cruz as well as the popular beaches. A highlight was the giant shower in the master bath. Great after a long day in the sun and fit our whole family with room to spare. The general demographic in the building is on the older side so I would recommend staying here if you want to relax and unwind. Only noise was the party bus that came around a few times at night but we couldn’t hear it from the bedrooms. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

Spacious and cozy. My family was delighted, everything was very clean. Inside the apartment and on the premises of the hotel. Its amenities are a plus, (the pool and the private beach). We'll be back.
