Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tanhyeon-myeon

Host was helpful with prompt responses, and gave clear instructions for the checkin. Love the portable TV as well! Wanted to use the lovely attic for reading but it was a little hot up there, would have been perfect if there is airconditioning in the attic too! Note that the bathroom is not directly connected to the room, but that seems to be how the old style houses generally are. It was a unique experience though, love that the hot tub was spacious and even had a skylight! Room was comfortable and cozy :)

The most beautiful Airbnb I've ever been to. Pictures already looked great, but even more beautiful and spacious in real life. Great host with accurate instructions and lots of love for the apartment. The perfect haven of peace in a big city like Seoul.

From the moment I entered, I was amazed by the host's aesthetic. I use Airbnb quite often, but this was one of the prettiest, and the surroundings were nice to walk around! And the restaurants recommended by the host were all so delicious, so I had a good time.

It was an absolute joy to stay in this lovely home, the house is beautiful and the location is great. We loved the quiet neighbourhood and it was so easy to get everywhere. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable stay in Seoul, I will be recommending to everyone I know visiting Seoul.

I spent the night chatting with my friends in a pleasant environment. It was nice that the owner's taste matched ours. A morning of tea in a bright living room It was really nice. I was impressed by the incense and water purifier that caught the smell at the moment. The only flaw was the smell of the bathhouse sewer. It must have been because I had high expectations for a really clean bathroom. I turned the ventilator and it was solved. I live in Ilsan, but I'll come back when my friend comes. This home was a great location to walk to Goyang stadium. Everything was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable.

Great stay! My family of 6 stayed at Jiyoung’s place three times during a 2 week stay in Korea. The apartment was very clean. Jiyoung was a responsive host and quickly came to help fix our conditioning the first night as well as provide more bath towels. The area is walkable and near the Bella Citta mall. I would stay here again next time we visit family!

The most important thing was that the bedding and the cleanliness of the accommodation were really good. I lived for three days, and there was no inconvenience at all. All the tableware was well prepared, and the bathroom was very tidy. Next time I have a business trip nearby, I will definitely use it. I rested well. I'm leaving.

The host was kind and the accommodation was very clean!! The accommodation was quiet and the transportation was quite convenient, so I rested well for 2 nights and 3 days!! I'll use it next time I come.

The interior of the accommodation is neat and has a view of the lake park in front of it, so it's It was nice to have enough convenience products such as towels. My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

I can't say that the price is cheap, but it's right in front of the opposition party station, so the infrastructure is good, clean and comfortable.

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
