The cozy apartment is located directly on the shore of Lake Balaton in a social resort. The apartment sleeps 4 sqm, size 35 sqm, rooms: room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, terrace. The accommodation has a barbecue (gas grill), a place to cook, beach kayaks, sup, ping pong table, swing, sunbathing. There is also a fishing boat available for our guests, which is available at the boat harbor 1 km from the accommodation. Platán Beach is a 5-minute walk away, while Kodály Beach is a 1-minute walk away.

The nearest neighbor is 500 meters away, so calm, undisturbed relaxation is fully guaranteed. It also serves groups of 8-10 comfortably. The garden has a pool, sandy volleyball court, oven, cooking area. Ideal for families and groups of friends.

A vendégek a ház közös, jól felszerelt konyháját használhatják. Zuzmó lakrész Tágas, 2–3 fős lakrész külön hálószobával, zuhanyzós fürdővel, klímával és saját kis kerttel. Az Alkonyi Ház jobb oldalán található, önálló bejárattal és közös konyha-használattal. A két lakrész együtt akár 4–5 fő számára is ideális.
