The cottage is adjacent to the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You can park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

The Little House of Grimpadou

Very small accommodation simply furnished for two in a small outbuilding, in the middle of the medieval city of Montcuq. It is attached to the owners' house, but it has a private entrance and direct access to the garden. Ideal for lovers of hiking, nature outings or old stones. The kitchen area is separated from the small living room. The bedroom is on the mezzanine and overlooks the living room. Bathroom under the bedroom. Warning: the hot tub has been removed.
