Gite in restored former farmhouse

Cottage of about 50 m² in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom (bed in 140 cm). The cottage is adjacent to the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You can park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

The Little House of Grimpadou

Tout petit logement aménagé simplement pour deux dans une petite dépendance, en plein cœur de la cité médiévale de Montcuq. Il est attenant à la maison des propriétaires, mais il bénéficie d'une entrée privée et d'un accès direct au jardin. Idéal pour les amoureux de la randonnée, des sorties nature ou des vieilles pierres. L'espace cuisine est séparé du petit salon. La chambre est en mezzanine et donne sur le salon. Salle d'eau sous la chambre. Attention : le jacuzzi a été supprimé.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Cottage with garden and free breakfast

Between town and country, small 40 m² house, adjoining ours, with its small garden. Independent entrance, parking space in front. Everything is provided on site for your breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, juice, bread, butter, homemade jams) Baby equipment (bed, chair, bath). The sofa bed is an extra bed. Located in the heart of the Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a base for a tourist stay. Restored while keeping its original soul (wings in motion with the wind, stones and lime joints...) it consists on the ground floor of a small fitted kitchen, living room, on the 1st floor bathroom and toilet, and on the 2nd floor of a bedroom. Outside a terrace with table. Breakfast with farm products included for 1 night.

Rental for transit or short-term

Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access by an external staircase, I live on the ground floor, the ideal would be short-term rentals. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all cooking utensils. Linens and towels provided. I added a small crib that can accommodate children up to 3 or 4 years old. Breakfast included (coffee, tea, orange juice, yogurts, pastries, butter, jam)
