It is also possible to sleep on the couches, they accommodate one grown-up and one child. Linens, towels, dishes, kitchen supplies, TV, internet and washing machine are provided. You can enjoy morning coffee on the balcony. Supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, beach and gym are all within walking distance.

A cozy apartment located in the heart of Tartu, close to the Emajõgi River and the botanical garden. The apartment has a large balcony and rooms full of light. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Tule ja peatu avarate tubadega katusekorruse korteris miljööväärtuslikus majas. Maja taga on avar aed koos lillede ja puhkealaga. Korter asub kesklinnale väga lähedal ning tänaval on tasuta parkimine. Korter asub kolmandal korrusel kuhu pääseb maja hoovipoolsest trepikojast. Korteris on kaks avarat eraldi tuba ning köök-söögituba. Köök on avar. Vannitoas on pesumasin ning duššinurk. Korteris on kolm katuseakent kust avaneb vaade Supilinnale ning on võimalus kuulata linnulaulu.

Cozy cottage

Our lovely house is located in Ülejõe, in the immediate vicinity of Lodjakoda and Emajõe alley, where it is picturesque to walk. This is our own home, which we open for a longer trip. It's especially nice for a family to stay here, but I think everyone will feel comfortable and cozy here. With a high-quality projector and sound system, it's nice to have movie nights, and the table is the perfect size for board games. It's also nice to spend more time with a smaller group.

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

WI-FI and different TV channels + Netflix are available for free during Your stay and there’s free parking on the premises.

Korteris on kõik mugavused, et ennast koduselt tunda, lisaks saate külastada majas asuvat jõusaali ning nautida kokteili või hommikukohvi terrassil, vaatega Jaani kirikule. Köögis olemas kõik vajalik toidu valmistamiseks, ei puudu ka triikraud ja föön.

Hot spots like Theatre Vanemuine, vSPA, bus station, Waterpark Aura and AHHAA Science Centre are reachable in 10 minutes. We also provide you with a free parking spot.

You can stay like at home in this quiet and very well located place. You have access to all the amenities - a quiet and comfortable bedroom, a home office corner, books, a fully equipped kitchen. This is my own home, which I rent out while I'm away for work.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
