You can spend the evenings barbecuing, by the fire or relaxing in the sauna (for an extra fee of 20 euros). The real charm of the countryside without having to drive far from the city.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and there is also an iron and a hairdryer.

The apartment has Wi-Fi, the house has an elevator and a sun terrace, a gym, and a room with washing machines and dryers. The apartment has a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and everything you need (dishes, kettle, microwave, etc.). There is also a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a shower and everything you need. The apartment has a 160 cm wide bed (cannot be split!), a large wardrobe, a work corner, a TV, a kitchen with all accessories (including an espresso machine), and a washing machine.
