A one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of a house in the center of Tartu, easily accessible to guests by bus (1.1 km) or train (950 m). When you come by car, you can park on the same street. Paid parking is available on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm, otherwise free of charge. We also have free high-speed internet and a bus stop nearby. Walk 5 minutes down the Riga hill and you'll be right in the city center! P.S. There is also a café on the ground floor of the house! Every day from 9AM

Within walking distance you are surrounded by most of our favourite bars, restaurants, galleries, cafes, bakeries. Tolstoi himself would have loved to stay in this cozy, stylish, quiet yet not far from the centre, well-organized apartment in a neighborhood Karlova with only wooden houses. The apt. has a fully-equipped kitchen corner with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, ceramic stove + a wood stove!, dining area, foldable comfortable couch and wide-screen tv+wifi. There is air-conditioning with a heater but if you’re more of a Tolstoi’s type of person, you can heat an oven with wood!
