Highly recommend to tourists to Tashkent! Best location, walkable distance to a 24-hour supermarket&Anjir restaurant! Safest area in Tashkent, very important for girls. The house is spacious and well-decorated in a traditional Uzbeck style. Last but not least, Gulsara is so thoughtful and nice. Her hospitality is impressive! Thanks for hosting us! 再用中文打一遍，最近乌兹别克很火，我和朋友两人第一次来Tashkent，这家Airbnb 完全是我愿意推荐给周围朋友的最佳住处，不仅可以体验到当地特色的风格，整个街区也处于使馆人员住所，特别安全，走路三五分钟可到一个24小时大超市，还有一家叫Anjir的本地特色超大餐厅，抓饭kebab这些应有尽有！ 从机场打车过来15分钟，很快的。房东Gulsara是个特别友善和热情的人，我们晚上飞机落地有些晚了，她一直在房间等着迎接我们，真的非常棒！

What made me feel the safest is that Akramjan immediately picked up my phone calls and supported me on getting to the Airbnb. The check-in and check out were quick and seamless, and the airbnb had refreshments on offer (these were paid but were a great addition to the place). The home was spacious and functional. Good kitchen, bedrooms and guest area. Thanks Akramjan! Wishing you the best.

I went to Tashkent with my big family (8 members total). We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house itself is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tashkent. Thank you 🙏🏻

très bon appartement pour un séjour en famille. surayyo et Lena ont été super réactives t très sympathiques de nous avoir accueilli avant le chek-in. avec la fatigue du voyage, c'était très appréciable . néanmoins les frais d'enregistrement touristique (Lena facture le service 30$+ coût d'enregistrement) devrait être en inclusion dans le prix car il est impossible de le faire soi même. en effet il faut les documents de l appartement et la présence obligatoire du propriétaire ou de son représentant. j'ai fait 3 autres réservations en ouzbekistan et je n ai pas payé de service supplémentaire pour cela. sinon l appartement est top. merci encore à Lena et surayyo

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания у Алексея! Он очень приятный собеседник, заботливый хозяин и замечательный человек. В доме все было очень комфортно и чисто. Удобные большие кровати и полная тишина по ночам. Нам очень хорошо спалось! Гостили у него с дочкой и ей тоже все очень понравилось. Она попросила поставить ему 10 баллов, а лучше 100😄 Обязательно остановимся здесь еще, когда в следующий раз приедем в Ташкент. До центра на такси ехать 15 минут. Рядом есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое и кафе с вкусным пловом

Хорошая квартира. Все соответствует фотографиям. Хорошего качества чан техника, новый свежий ремонт. Дом с закрытой территорией, не далеко станция метро (в пешей доступности). В целом все понравилось!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement Airbnb. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. L’emplacement était idéal, calme tout en étant proche des commodités. L’hôte était accueillante et réactif . Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage !

Loved the plants inside and gorgeous greenery outside, from all windows. Pros: - Host accommodates - we had to extend stay because my husband felt sick and the host was super understanding and helped us extend the stay until he recovered - Location - close to the airport and a metro station - Food scene - nice restaurants and a local bazaar nearby - Calm neighborhood Cons: - 4th floor without elevator, good workout but can get tricky if you have heavy luggage - Learned that after 10pm walking outside can get dangerous in this area, especially for girls and alone

Уютные апартаменты в хорошем месте, рядом находится парк, несколько улиц с разнообразными кафе и ресторанами, в шаговой доступности остановки общественного транспорта. В апартаментах неплохой ремонт, есть оборудованная рабочая зона, хороший интернет, удобная кровать, на кухне есть всё для приготовления еды. Окна выходят во двор и в сторону парка, поэтому в апартаментах достаточно тихо, а также достаточно комфортно в жаркую погоду без кондиционера. На связи с нами был Николай, он отзывчивый и все вопросы решал достаточно быстро. Всегда будет приятно вернуться в эти апартаменты.

The apartment itself is immaculate and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I was personally welcomed at both checkin and checkout, which made the experience feel even more special. When I am in Tashkent again, I’d rebook in a heartbeat. Чистая и ухоженная квартирка с отдельным входом с улицы, а также всеми удобствами для гостей. Вся кухонная утварь имеется. Кондиционер, стиральная машина, утюг и гладильная доска также в распоряжении гостей. Мебель, кровать и диван в хорошем состоянии. В этом же доме у входа в квартиру имеется мини-супер для минимальных нужд (тихо и чисто). Отличное место расположения к центру города. В 10 минутах от станции метро "Алишер Навои". 5 минут от круглосуточного супермаркета "Корзинка" с приемлемыми ценами и выбором товара на любой вкус. С торца находиться автомат курса валют. Для удобства использования транспортом и такси рекомендую к использованию всеми известную апликацию.

The apartment is nicely located in a quiet area. It has a large bedroom and a living room adjacent to the kitchen. The place is very well maintained and I had a pleasant stay.

I loved staying at Alisher’s place 🩵 The apartment was clean, spacious and looked even better in person. Alisher was very kind, responsive and helpful and made me feel welcome. Apartment has everything you need - coffee, tea, toilet paper, washing machine detergent, cleaning supplies, AC, wifi, supplies for cooking etc. Wifi is fast and you can easily work online. The neighbourhood is also nice, peaceful and has shops, restaurants, bazaar and metro in walkable distance. I really recommended this place! :)

Все прошло хорошо. Заселение простое, хозяин реагировал на вопрос быстро.

Квартира-студия оказалась достаточно удобной для моего в Ташкенте. Чисто, светло и есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Расположение немного удалено от центра, но рядом есть остановка общественного транспорта, рынок и магазины, что очень удобно. В целом квартира соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Хозяйка Хуррият быстро отвечала на сообщения и предоставила чёткие инструкции по самостоятельному заселению Заезд и выезд прошли без проблем. Рекомендую это жильё для тех, кто не против жить немного вдали от центра города и предпочитает спокойный район.

Отличный вариант для проживания в Ташкенте. Квартира чистая и уютная. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, на airbnb сложно найти что-то более центральное. В квартире есть все необходимое, даже бойлер в ванной (если воду отключат, не заметите). В душе отличный напор воды. Алина очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Из небольших недочетов, которые нужно иметь в виду - интернет быстрый, но ненадежный (Алина в курсе и занимается проблемой) + в соседнем ресторане до 22 играет громкая музыка. Если для вас это не критично, в остальном - прекрасные апартаменты! Спасибо!

Alya is great host. She is very conscientious and ensures that her guests feel at home. She was very helpful with the registration process which was essential for me since I stayed in Tashkent for a significant period. The facilities and all the amenities were excellent. Yunusobod has its own charm and the location is surrounded by small independent stores, street food vendors, restaurant, fresh non, and chain supermarkets as well. The metro station is just 5 mins. Thanks for a great stay.

숙소가 매우 깔끔했습니다. 웬만한 호텔보다 공간이 넓었습니다. 침구뿐만 아니라 인테리어도 무척 고급스러웠습니다. 또 한번 방문하고 싶습니다. 한국 관광객, 특히 가족 여행객에게 추천하고 싶습니다.

Great place—secure, peaceful, with view of the city and the TV tower. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and a "Корзинка" supermarket is within a 10-minute walk. The host and property manager were both friendly and very helpful. Communication was easy and quick. I want to highlight that during our stay, we experienced a couple of hiccups—likely due to the strain on communal services caused by Tashkent’s rapidly growing infrastructure, which was not related to the property itself. During one such issue, the property manager was transparent and informative about the situation, and even went the extra mile by offering us a complimentary hotel stay if we preferred to wait until the issue was resolved. On our last day, our flight was very late, and the manager kindly offered us another apartment to stay in and wait for our flight—completely free of charge. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference and was greatly appreciated. I would defensively stay again. Thank you!
