Welcome to Tona, a private rental accommodation with a panoramic view of Katsuura! We have renovated a luxury villa that is nearly 40 years old. Great location and great views. It's a spacious house, the kind you'd want to live in yourself. It is a 5-minute walk from Katsuura station to the accommodation. 3-minute drive to the sea and supermarket. Convenient store and shopping district are also within walking distance. Located on a hill in the port town, with refreshing breezes from the sea blowing through the living room. Super spacious, about 60 square meters, with kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room all connected. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. One of the highlights is the large bath. Baths with a view of the sea and the city are hard to come by, aren't they? Enjoy the feeling of being in the air. It is also recommended to go up to the rooftop and spend a luxurious time looking at the stars. Each bedroom is at least 7.5 tatami (13.5 m2), so you can relax. The sauna opened in September 2023!! (The sauna is available for 5,000 yen per night.) From the 40-tatami living room, you can overlook the Pacific Ocean in front of you. While listening to the sound of the waves, you can cook in the spacious kitchen space using the latest cooking utensils, such as Bamucura and Balmuda, or bake pizza in a pizza pot, making for an extraordinary space where you can enjoy cooking and having fun with friends. The 120-square-meter single-story house is fully equipped with heated floors in all rooms, so you can have a warm and relaxing time even in winter. There is also an outdoor bath, where you can enjoy a relaxing time at night, watching the stars with the sound of the waves in the background. In addition, there is a private beach, swimming, and sunbathing just a 3-second walk away, and the possibilities are endless. The sound system is also equipped with the owner's favorite equipment, so please enjoy a party with everyone. (Reservations are for a minimum of six people.) Min booking for 6 people.
