Ev şehrin merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, çok keyifli bir avluya sahip ve sessizdi. Evin olanakları fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Evin tarihi bir ev olması ve güzel dekorasyonu evi daha da keyifli kılıyor. Evin önünde araca park yeri rahatlıkla bulabildim. Okan Bey’in ev sahipliği esnekliği kibarlığı ilgisi ve verdiği tavsiyeler de Kıbrıs deneyimimizi daha da güzel kıldı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Magusa’ya tekrar dönmeyi ve Okan Bey’in evinde kalmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

Öncelikle ev sahibi Yunus Emre’nin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Her ihtiyacımız olduğunda kolaylıkla ulaşabildik ve çok yardımcı oldu. Evi bulma ve giriş sürecinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev, görsellerde göründüğü gibiydi; huzurlu, tatlı ve konforluydu. Denize, beach’lere ve Yiğitler Market’e olan yakınlığı da konum açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Hem evin rahatlığı hem de konumu bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Bize evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettiren ev sahibi Yunus Emre’ye tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was nowhere near enough, I could have stayed forever! Everything was perfect, from check in until check out. Andrews met us personally to show us the way to the way to and around the house, as well as provided an extensive list of recommendations/tips of what we can do during our stay. The fridge was also stocked with beer, water and juice and we also had home made halloumi bread which was such a nice touch. I can't fault anything, we spent the majority of our time outside soaking in the beautiful views surrounding the pool. Words can't describe how beautiful this home is. The location is also great as you have peace, views and tranquility all around you, but also have all the essentials such as a 24 hour shop, supermarket, restaurants etc. I wholeheartedly recommend Juniper Mountain Retreat, Iook forward to returning in the future. Thank you Andreas for such a wonderful stay.

La maison de plage de Stavros offre une expérience unique et authentique hors des zones touristiques, les voisins sont sympathiques et serviables. La maison au calme est quasi sur la plage, la terrasse est grande et bien équipée barbecue, hamac chaises longues nous avons passé une semaine pieds nus dehors, jardin parfumé et agréable. La plage de galets est tres propre, tranquille très sauvage. Stavros à un canon dont nous avons profité. Intérieur douillet et plein de petites attentions pour ses hôtes...nous reviendront sûrement.

BİR gün bu ikiz villa da konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık! 🌅 Teras manzarası gerçekten muhteşem! Yüksekten deniz manzarasını izlemek harikaydı. Özellikle sabahları balkonda kahve içmek çok keyifliydi. 🛏️ çarşaflar tertemizdi, her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. 🧼 Havlular, sabun ve ihtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu. 🌬️ Klima çalışıyordu — sıcak iklimde bu çok önemliydi. 🍳 Sabahları bizi lezzetli ve doyurucu bir kahvaltı bekliyordu, bu da gerçekten çok hoş bir ayrıntıydı. 🎬 Akşamları ev sineması ile film izlemek çok keyifliydi — ses sistemi harikaydı. 🪞 İç dekorasyon özenle düşünülmüş — küçük ve ilginç detaylar (örneğin, küçük iskelet figürü) ve ikonlar eve sıcaklık ve karakter katıyordu. 👤 Ev sahibi ise çok nazik, yardımsever ve ilgili biriydi. Karşılama konusunda yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hemen cevap verdi ve konaklamamızı çok rahat hale getirdi. 🌟 Sessizlik, huzur ve güzel bir atmosfer arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung auf Zypern war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage war perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe von einem tollen Restaurant. Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der tollen Ausstattung. Alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchten, war vorhanden – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten und sogar schnellem WLAN. Auch die tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick war ein echtes Highlight, und wir haben es genossen, dort abends den Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und war immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Ev çok temiz ve eksiksizdi. Manzarası çok hoştu. Eda hanım tatilimizin her anindaydi kendisine bir kez daha teşekkür ediyorum her soruma çok samimi cevap aldım ve tavsiyeleri çok başarılıydı. Bundan sonra Kıbrıs’a geleceğim zaman konaklamayı düşünmeyeceğim. ☺️

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures shown here just do not give it justice on what a beautiful view you get while staying here. It was extremely peaceful, tranquil and relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Also the rooms had a lot of features and were definitely not lacking in amenities, they each even came with their own AC system. Kaya was an amazing host during our stay and provided us with everything we would ever need and more. He gave us full freedom to do what we would like to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. He also gave us directions and advice on what to do and where to go in the area. The surrounding garden areas were well kept and beautiful as well, there was a gardener that maintained it daily. The pool was one whole other level as well. It was always clean and the water was the perfect temperature that allowed for swimming even at night (If you weren't noisy) as the pool was lit with lights around it and inside the pool. Having a rental car is a must as the area is quite rural and the nearest shop is 10 minutes away (and one very nice beach is also located behind this shop named Tempo) We will definitely return again and can't wait to visit!

Superb apartment, fully equipped, extra clean, comfy and modern interior. Highlights for us were the view from the balcony (9th floor sea view) and the option to make the bedroom completely dark at any moment.

Séjour de reve chez kagan… Tout est parfait Le logement spacieux confortable, moderne, très bien équipé… avec une vue de folie sur la piscine et la mer depuis le balcon à l abri du soleil. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement… ainsi que la Chypre du Nord bien plus agréable que le sud…. À faire ABSOLUMENT

Her şey gayet güzeldi. Tayanç Bey konaklamadan öncesinden itibaren ulaşımı nasıl gerçekleştireceğimizle çok ilgilendi. Ertesi gün gelip bizimle tanıştı. Sürekli bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. Ulaşım, alışveriş, gezme, yeme içme vs. hakkında bilgilendirme yaptı. Evde ütüden, çamaşır makinesine, wifi den deterjanlara, tuvalet kağıdından çamaşır askılığına kadar her şey fazlasıyla düşünülmüştü. Etraf son derece nezih bir muhitteydi. Rahatsızlık duyulacak herhangi bir şey yoktu. Bisiklet kiralama yerinde Kıbrıs'a ait hediyelikler bile vardı. Market ise hemen binanın karşısındaydı. Havuz da binanın diğer ucundaydı. Denize 5-7 dak. mesafedeydi. Etraf oldukça temizdi. Herkes temiz tuttuğundan mıdır yoksa belediye sürekli temizlediğinden midir bilmiyorum ama gayet temizdi. Plaj da bile wcler oldukça temizdi. Denize girerken ve girdikten sonra çoğunlukla bazı yerlerde büyük kayalar haricinde her yeri kumdu. Oldukça memnun kaldık Tayanç Bey'in evini kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Eşimle beraber çok güzel bir yerde konakladık. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Klima olmazsa olmazıydı çok rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Buluç beyin iletişimi çok iyiydi evin konumu, düzeni her şeyin olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Umarım bir sonraki tatillerimizde de görüşürüz 🙏☺️

Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Temiz, tertipliydi ve ihtiyaç olabilecek herşey düşünülmüştü. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissedeceksiniz. Site içerisindeki konumu çok iyi. Evden çıkıp birkaç adımda havuza erişebiliyorsunuz. Konum olarak İskele'de konaklayacak en iyi konuma sahip diyebiliriz. Market, fırın, deniz, lunapark, birçok restoran ve İskele yürüyüş yoluna yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahibinin ilgisi ve genel olarak herşeyden çok memnun kaldık. İskele'de yapacağımız tüm tatillerde ilk tercihimiz bu ev olacak 😊

Çocuklarımla gittik. 5 kişi çok rahat şekilde konakladık güzel zaman geçirdik. Önceki seyahatlerde otelleri tercih ettim bundan sonra her Kıbrıs seyahatinde kalacağımız yer belli. Çok memnun kaldık. Çocuklarım birdaha bu evden başka yerde kalmayız diyor.

Mukava majoitus, vierailimme 12v pojan kanssa lomalla. Keskeinen sijainti lähellä rantaa ja kaikki tarvittavat palvelut lomaan löytyi kävelymatkan päässä. Isabella antoi selkeät ohjeet ja kivoja vinkkejä lomanviettoon. Suuri kiitos majoituksesta ja ihanasta lomasta 😊
