Perfect weekend!! Charles is super attentive, explaining everything about the place, the city and also has some products that make hosting much easier, with no need to go out for anything!!! The place is very well maintained, the grass is well trimmed, there's a lake for fishing and the pool …. spectacular, it's sunny all day !!! For those who like it, the barbecue is perfect with all the necessary items for a good barbecue!!! And the chat with Mr. Orlando, lots of laughs, we felt like we were with a group of old friends !!! The house has a great location, is comfortable and well equipped; we spend pleasant moments as a family. The street is paved, calm and with little movement; the children played a lot and we were at peace.

My family and I have enjoyed our stay. The house conveys the feel of grandma's house, everything was clean and smelling, the kitchen is quite complete, there are several entertainment options, such as, soccer court, pool, games room, as well as dominoes, chess, cards. We spent a wonderful weekend as a family at the farm and we have nothing but praise! The space is even better than in the photos - everything is very clean, organized and well cared for. I believe it was the best accommodation ever rented by our family! Since the interior of the property and the external space is wonderful, the clean pool, the bonfire during the luau, the plants and trees, extreme cleaning inside the house, the smell of grandma's house, house completes the kitchen, the coziness of the beds and pillows finally we miss nothing but the friendliness and charisma of the couple was extraordinary! My family and I love staying at Petri's house. The house has a BBQ area, with pizza oven and wood stove, all equipped with refrigerator and is in front of the swimming pool, great for enjoying! The pool is great, the accommodations are great, the kitchen has plenty of utensils! The house is very well located within the condominium, you can do everything on foot: go to the convenience area, concierge, in the fishing area and is a few steps away from the house that sells ice cream and açaí. At night they held a foodtruck feirinha with lots of hot foodtruck. We adore! Petri is very kind, gave us all the guidelines and coordinates and always responded very quickly. I want to go back more often and highly recommend!
