Perfect weekend!! Charles is super attentive, explaining everything about the place, the city and also has some products that make hosting much easier, with no need to go out for anything!!! The place is very well maintained, the grass is well trimmed, there's a lake for fishing and the pool …. spectacular, it's sunny all day !!! For those who like it, the barbecue is perfect with all the necessary items for a good barbecue!!! And the chat with Mr. Orlando, lots of laughs, we felt like we were with a group of old friends !!! Thanks Charles and Mr. Orlando for hosting!!! We'll be back for sure !!

Simply impeccable, both the stay and the hostess, who was super careful and cautious with the guests, helped me with everything. I went to do parachuting and the location was a great choice, 6 minutes from the skydiving and ballooning center. Indico with closed eyes

formidable location, just 4 min from downtown Araçoiaba da Serra. The house is very comfortable and we return to history, the smell and the architecture made me go back in time, it reminded my grandmother's house, I felt at home, barbecue area and very good swimming pool. If you like the rustic style, without freshness this place is literally for you. There we leave the world and return in the story. Congratulations to the owners for us was amazing.

We spent a wonderful weekend as a family at the farm and we have nothing but praise! The space is even better than in the photos - everything is very clean, organized and well cared for. The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings, and the structure met all our needs for an unforgettable June party. The host was attentive from the beginning, always available and helpful. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed!

My family and I have enjoyed our stay. The house conveys the feel of grandma's house, everything was clean and smelling, the kitchen is quite complete, there are several entertainment options, such as, soccer court, pool, games room, as well as dominoes, chess, cards. Etc. has until utensils for massage. The trees and plants are well cared for and give extra charm. It has a fireplace and fireplace. We also feel safe, it is an enclosed condominium and it is noticed that the entrance/exit is well controlled, which increases the sense of security. The location is very good and Vânia is an excellent host, always responded promptly and was very kind to us. We will definitely return.

The house has a great location, is comfortable and well equipped; we spend pleasant moments as a family. The street is paved, calm and with little movement; the children played a lot and we were at peace.

Since the interior of the property and the external space is wonderful, the clean pool, the bonfire during the luau, the plants and trees, extreme cleaning inside the house, the smell of grandma's house, house completes the kitchen, the coziness of the beds and pillows finally we miss nothing but the friendliness and charisma of the couple was extraordinary! Incredible, clean house, organized, spacious, solicitous host, quick responses... Note 1000! We quickly accepted our complaint of little water in the faucets of the kitchens, explained the reason (and we knew that it would not be possible to resolve during our stay) informed that it would provide a repair to solve the problem. My family and I love staying at Petri's house. The house has a BBQ area, with pizza oven and wood stove, all equipped with refrigerator and is in front of the swimming pool, great for enjoying! The pool is great, the accommodations are great, the kitchen has plenty of utensils! The house is very well located within the condominium, you can do everything on foot: go to the convenience area, concierge, in the fishing area and is a few steps away from the house that sells ice cream and açaí. At night they held a foodtruck feirinha with lots of hot foodtruck. We adore! Petri is very kind, gave us all the guidelines and coordinates and always responded very quickly. I want to go back more often and highly recommend!

We spent an amazing weekend, my family and I love everything,the house is wonderful,well located, local commerce very close. 10 minutes from the mall. The heated pool and gourmet area was the difference with all certainty. Anyway everything wonderful, we will definitely be back.
