North End/TD Garden Condo w/Rooftop Deck

Your own condo in the heart of Boston’s historic North End. Walk to Quincy Market, the Aquarium, the Greenway, TD Garden, Harborwalk, dozens of shops and eateries, the Old North Church and the Freedom Trail. Private rooftop deck, full kitchen, antenna and wireless. No doors but three areas, two rooms separated by a galley kitchen. The stairwell is in the middle of the space and the floor mattress is near that and across from the galley kitchen. Fourth floor walk up and well worth the climb.

On the lower level of a beautiful Victorian home, this one-bedroom apartment is completely new construction with loads of amenities and a fun, modern vibe. Excellent location in trendy, quaint East Cambridge. Get anywhere fast! Short walks to MIT/Kendall Square/Biotech, the Museum of Science, the Charles River, and the red and green subway lines, which allow quick access to Harvard, MGH, and historic Boston. The neighborhood is full of life with restaurants and cafes, yet our street is serene.

You will be with in 5 minutes of the Massachusetts State House and the oldest park in the country known as the Boston Common. You will also be within walking distance of Back Bay and the North End. Getaway in Historic Charlestown

**PLEASE NOTE REGARDING PARKING" Resident sticker parking 8 am to 8 pm Monday thru Friday. Weekends and holidays, no restrictions. The automobile has to be registered in Charlestown to get a parking sticker. The first floor of a three-story wooden framed home, built-in 1875. A totally private space. There is a good-sized living room, a bedroom with a queen size sleigh bed, and a full kitchen. The 'cozy' bathroom was added in 2012. Maximum of TWO people.

KING bed, work desk area, living room w/queen pull out bed, fully equipped kitchen & private deck/courtyard. Washer/dryer. Convenient walk to cafes & restaurants, Whole Foods, MBTA, Freedom Trail, Bunker Hill Monument, USS Constitution. Courtyard is broken down Dec-March & NO smoking in house and NO smoking in courtyard. Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
