Our small and cosy apartment consists of a dining room with a kitchen with a sofa bed, it can be transformed to a bed 162x186 cm, 1 bedroom with a bed 160x200cm, 1 spacious bathroom with a marble shower tray 80x140cm. The kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. In the building there is an elevator. It is newly renovated, situated in the heart of Malaga, right next to Plaza de la Merced, the birthplace of Picasso, and food market La Merced, just in a 15 min walk from the beach.

Modern city center apartment

This apartment is perfect because from here it's close to all the bars, restaurants and the city center. At the end of the street there is plaza la Merced. This apartment is just renovated. We have airco in the bedroom and living room. The walk to the lockerbox is 4 minutes, we are not allowed to but it on our wall downstairs unfortunally. In the living room you will hear city noise, because we are located in old town. The bedroom is on the other side of the building, so no city noise there 🙏

Its interior is also nice; it has a Mediterranean, novel, cozy decoration designed to be enjoyed and have a relaxing time.

Which is exceptional downtown!!
