Tina was a fantastic host. Always very responsive and friendly. The cottage was very clean and matched the photos and description. Checking in and out was very easy. Very well located. Walking distance to Colorado College and many downtown restaurants in Colorado Springs. The cottage is perfect for two people. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our short stay with Brienne. Very comfortable for our family of 5, clean and peaceful setting. Convenient location to our visit to Garden of the Gods.

This is our second time staying here. Communication from when we booked to the end was great. Location for us was close to what we needed. With fluid plans and the weather… game night, cook out and just a hang out worked out really well. The host family suggested great pizza place to feed on our arrival which was Memorial Day. Lots of fuse ball and pool challenges. Our favorite though was watching the owl and even a humming bird play in the sprinkler. Elk and deer traveling to and from also a bonus. We were very blessed with grey host.0

We had a one night stop over in the way back to Denver for a flight. This was perfect! We played a game, watched TV and got organized before our flight.

Lovely place and host! Would absolutely recommend staying with Jacquie! What jumped put for us was the perfect location close to all the tourist highlights and the possibilities to go outdoors (hottub, firepit, park directly accessible from the backyard. Just great!

Wonderful stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient location. Loved that we could open the windows as is on second floor. Loved the comfy beds. Not a lot of kitchen pots and utensils if you plan to do much cooking while there.

It was comfortable and warm. Convenient kitchen facilities are useful. The room in the living room is spacious, so it feels like I'm in my own house. Thank you.

We stayed during the month of May. The apartment was exactly as described. The place is lovely. Everything was super clean. The space is perfect for two people. It’s quiet. The apartment is on the side of the main house, and you can park right next to the front door of the apartment. It is suitable and comfortable for all weather types. It is a cozy place. If you like peace and quiet with nature, this is your place. The views to the Rockies are stunning, The neighborhood is lovely, beautiful homes, but also all sorts of interesting wildlife. One night we were driving back to the Airbnb and there was deer. I highly recommend this apartment.

Vicky was a wonderful host! This trip meant a lot to me, as it was the first time my sisters and I had been in the same location in over 10 years! The house was spacious, the beds SO comfortable, and Vicky’s instructions were very clearly displayed. I definitely recommend!

This was a great stay! Approx. 10-15 minutes away to a ton of activities and great restaurants in a reliable and safe neighborhood. VERY clean and no clutter. Thank you for the great stay!

What an awesome little place! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us Cali! And although it was a shared home, we had a lot of privacy :-) We especially enjoyed the gorgeous and peaceful back yard. That pergola with the hammock is going on the Honey-do- list when we get home 😝 Also much appreciated the little protein snacks to prep us for the hikes out. This is my second stay with Rick and Kiyoun for a reason!!! I LOVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!! Their Studio Is located in the Old North End which is a protected historic area of Colorado Springs. The Studio itself is private and quiet. Rick and Kiyoun’s attention to detail is impeccable and they keep EVERYTHING spotless and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The finishes, including the high end bed, bedding and even the bath towels rival any five star hotel! Kiyoun has thought of everything down to providing shopping bags for runs to the grocery store 😊‼️ This will definitely be my first choice whenever traveling to or through BEAUTIFUL Colorado Springs CO. Thank you Rick and Kiyoun for being such FABULOUS hosts!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay, definitely a five-star experience! The place was spotless and cozy, the Jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing, and playing pool was a blast. Seeing the beautiful dog was such a lovely surprise, especially since the reason for our trip was to attend the Furball event, my girlfriend works at the Humane Society, so that really made it feel extra special. Thanks again for such a memorable stay!

My husband and I spent two nights here while celebrating our Anniversary. The space was perfectly clean, spacious, and decorated in a calming color palate that set us right at ease. We appreciated Kennady’s thoughtful touches throughout the space. It was obvious that a lot of care went into providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. We would definitely return to this AirBnB!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Nook. It was located in a nice and safe-feeling neighborhood, and the instructions on how to find it and check in were very easy to follow. It was spacious, clean and had everything you might need for your stay. Michael was quick to respond any time I had a question about something and felt very approachable. I appreciated the guidebook that entailed answers to FAQs as well as recommendations for local restaurants and possible entertainment options. The hot tub was clean and was set to the perfect temperature. Altogether it was a great place to stay after a long day of traveling, and I would stay again in the future if the opportunity arose.

I enjoyed location and had no issues. The hot tub was amazing. Home owners were kind and did not interfere. Also, were nice to invite to party 🥳. strongly recommend. Awesome stay!

Shelley's place was clean and cozy, especially after long days of hiking/sightseeing. Shelley was super nice. She checked with me to make sure I had everything I needed, and she even had some recommendations/inside tips for getting the most out of my stay. Shelley is a wonderful host!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our trip to Colorado Springs; Bethany's place was literally minutes from all the best sights in the area. The apartment had everything we could possibly need (plus an excellent hot tub)! Bethany was so helpful and responsive to all our messages. 10/10, perfect stay!

Staying with Donna is like staying with family. This was our second stay here. The space is cozy and functional and amenities are everything needed. The location is perfect with a stunning view of the front range and a short drive to anything in COS. The bed is extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains help with getting plenty of rest after adventurous days. Donna's authentic care and hospitality are what sets this stay apart though. Her thoughtful touches to help entertain our kids and her caring check-ins throughout our stay made our family feel so taken care of. Five stars isn't enough.

Everything was great, the patio area was a great relaxing place to hang out and the fire tables were really nice addition...even though it rained during our stay, because of the covering, the furniture stayed dry. The apt was perfect, super comfy rooms and beds. Bathroom was nice, with plenty of towels, and coffee and flavored creamer was available which was nice amenity. :) There were some really loud 'bang' noises(like very close gunshot type sounds) on 2 of the nights that occurred over maybe 15 mins each night...didn't know what it was, but didn't seem to be anything consequential, as we noticed people across the street going about their business as if it were no big deal...so we didn't worry about it. Other than that though all was great. I would recommend this place or come stay again if needed. :)

Very peaceful place! And we absolutely loved that they had horses and donkeys and we fed them granola bars (with owners permission). Also jacilyn was very responsive when we texted her for the airbnbs directions.

Excellent accommodations for my family of 4. We haven't used an Airbnb before as a family and have always been apprehensive but we are so glad we booked this. The whole place was so spacious, clean, and felt like we were at home. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The bathroom was very clean and we loved the option to wash clothes. We went to the grocery store and cooked several meals that helped our budget and we enjoyed coffee with a view. It was so peaceful, even with the park across the way with people walking dogs or just hanging out. We LOVED hearing the birds in the morning and even had a little "squirrel friend" visit us on the deck. This location is very close to shopping and great food locations. When we come back for another visit, we hope this will be available. Rachael was very responsive and quite quickly to my few questions. If you are ever in Colorado Springs and need a comfortable place to stay this is the place. Dana C.
