The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. Airbnb is clean & neat. Comfortable to stay at. The airbnb is very close to central park mall & soho via tunnel. Just 5 - 10mins walk. Food restaurant nearby & 24hrs mart as well for munchiesss. Recommended!

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Even if it's just for one night, we're very satisfied with the place we're staying in. The image in the photo is very similar to the reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's unit. Situated just next to Central Park Mall, made it really convenient for us to get food etc. Washing machine is also available inside the unit, perfect for our 2 weeks stay. We had to extend our trip twice and rly appreciate how responsive and easy the process was

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
