Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. Mornings in South Oceanside start with locally roasted coffee, as surfers paddle out & the neighborhood comes to life. By afternoon, the streets hum with locals biking to the beach, sun seekers staking their spot on the sand, & the scent of tacos, pizza & fresh seafood drifting from neighborhood favorites nearby. As the sun dips low, beach walks & sunset surf sessions give way to easy nights with good food, good company & a cold craft beer in hand, all wrapped in South O’s effortless energy.

FYI, fireplaces are turned off due to safty issues with past renters. This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.
