Cute cottage at the quiet El Palmar's rural valley, just placed at the beginning of many paths to hike and enjoy nature. Near black sand beaches and historic villages at "Isla Baja", the secret of Tenerife. Two companies placed near the cottage offer you awesome outdoor activities (elcardon and tenoactivo). Many restaurants close to the house where you can taste local gastronomy. A grocery allows you to buy all you need, and local farmers offer you a nice organic veggies box (each Wed & Sat)

Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. Es una casa entre las Nubes. Esta casa se encuentra a 5 minutos, en coche, del Parque Recreativo de Chanajiga. Punto de partida de senderos seguros y cuidados, rodeados de pinos canarios, laurisilva,…donde podrás caminar, realizar paseos en bicicletas de montaña,... todo un lujo!!!!!

🌿 Our little cottage is in a very remote Rural Park and Biosphere Reserve, far from nightlife, shopping areas, and tourist attractions. This is not a central location — it’s a place for real disconnection, silence, nature, and long mountain hikes. Please ask yourself if you’re more of a city or mountain person. Access is via a mountain road with many curves and steep elevation. If you value peace and isolation, you’ll feel right at home.

Casa La Dula es una vivienda rústica totalmente reformada. Es un espacio de 55 metros cuadrados completamente equipado con cocina y sala de estar, un amplio dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio de 150 x 200 y un baño con plato de ducha. Esta situada en la parte alta de una finca de aguacates y con una entrada privada.
