This historic neighborhood couldn't be more convenient to the Nashville hotspots—it's right off the interstate yet tucked away to get that neighborly feel. Taxis are also available and of course there is parking next to the unit if you bring your own transportation.

This new house, finished in September 2019, it has all the amenities! Granite counter tops, and laundry. Huge front porch to relax on, and just waiting for you to come and enjoy! The house is located in the middle of two other short term rentals on the side of Missionary Ridge. It is a great centrally located area close to downtown and local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the BACK YARD IS FENCED. FIRM 2 DOG LIMIT and the females must be spayed. There are televsions in all 3 bedrooms.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
