Don't look for romantic views from the windows of the surrounding hills, but a well-equipped cozy base for your trips to the surrounding area, with all civic amenities at hand. Shared entrance to the house with the owners, who live with their family on the two upper floors. From the hallway, there is a private entrance to the apartment, from which there is also an entrance to the common garden, on the first floor. Total 65 m2 (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). Opened in 06.2019. Outdoor seating by the shared pool.

The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. Unique accommodation on a farm in beautiful nature with lots of activities. The farm is located within easy reach of Teplice, about 6 km and Ústí nad Labem - about 15 km. There is a train and a bus in the village. There is a club with billiards, darts, table football, bike rental, horseback riding, swimming in the river or visiting a nearby natural swimming pool, in the area of its own mini zoo.
