Ninho dos Avós is a peaceful retreat located in the beautiful rural parish of Santa Bárbara, which belongs to the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo. Here you can enjoy the countryside and its tranquility. You will have magnificent views of the green countryside with the sea in the background, and you can also see the neighboring islands of Pico and São Jorge. Ninho dos Avós, as the name suggests, was the house where our grandparents lived, here we have many good memories and where we were happy with them and did not know.

Casa das Doze Ribeiras is a fully restored traditional country house. It has an apartment with a large living room and a bedroom, and a studio downstairs in the old store. They may be rented separately or together. Leaves are common. It has a beautiful view of the sea, which on days of better visibility allows you to see the Islands of São Jorge and Pico in the distance. The house faces a stream, has total privacy and complete insertion in nature, with large trees and green fields.

Located in the parish of Feteira, 7 km from the historic center of Angra do Heroísmo, a World Heritage city, is the house of Mercês. During your stay you can enjoy a privileged landscape of the islands of Cabras, a large stretch of sea, a magnificent sunset, the city of Angra do Heroísmo and the islands of São Jorge and Pico. Just 1 km away you will find a bathing area with natural pool and 300 m a snack bar/restaurant and a mini market.

It's a very welcoming and conveniently furnished space for your comfort. Here you can rest after a day of sightseeing on this beautiful island. This villa is located in the picturesque parish of Biscoitos, on Terceira Island. It is 10 minutes walking to the natural pools, and 5 minutes to the center of the parish. Biscoitos is a parish offering of restaurants, minimarkets, bakery, butcher and fish, as well as ATM.

You are close to the best features, but just far enough away to enjoy good nights of rest in our island paradise.

UPDATE: We installed Air Conditioning in September 2025. The apartment now has AC in the Living Room and Bedrooms. 2-bedroom holiday apartment with oceanfront very well located. Just upfront the apartment is a little public access to the sea. This is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the oceanside and to visit the beautiful Terceira island.

Casa do Miradouro - 1º

New house restored, keeping some details of the old villa. It is on the 1st floor of the house, having access through the patio to the outside yard. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1, composed of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and common room.

Beautiful, quiet and close to the ocean!

UPDATE: after a quite hot summer we installed new and more powerful Air Conditioning. Great flat, located in a peaceful and quiet street and very close to the ocean. Perfect to bring the family, enjoy the best of this beautiful village and spend sunny days in the clean and salty ocean water 😍
