Perfect! Honestly, it's the most beautiful and cozy house I've ever stayed in. Everything is impeccable. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, a surreal view of beautiful. Flávio was super helpful and I just have to thank him for this perfect weekend at his residence. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in the houses last weekend. They are excellent!! Spacious, easily accommodates a group with great comfort. Well furnished, with all the kitchen utensils that provided us with a magnificent moment of leisure. The structure of the houses caters to all ages. We had children and elderly people and everyone felt very good. We thank the host!! Her housekeeper, Mr. Rogério, was receptive, polite and attentive. And the help, hired separately, of Mrs. Gilda, who helped us in the kitchen, wonderfully well. Thank you!! Our accommodation was a 10!! Gratitude!!

We spent five days of extremely pleasant Carnival, the house is very cozy and clean, wonderful leisure spaces, highlight for the sauna. Thiago, the owner of the house and Juninho, a boy who cleans the pool and organizes the garden are sensational people, helped us at all times and demands! Thanks so much and keep it up!

We rented the house to spend the holiday family and celebrate my husband's birthday. The house surprised us, it was better than in the pictures!!! The Graça that manages the place received us at check in, explained everything, made contact during the stay to know if everything was okay, it was very considerate! Our accommodation was very quiet, we managed to rest, the children enjoyed a lot. The Joana that helped us in the house was formidable, very good kitchen and was very attentive to our children. I highly recommend this house! It is better than in the pictures, undisputed view, beautiful and well-maintained garden. Pretty kitchen accessory. Nothing to complain about! Just thank you.

The house, although old (construction, furniture and utensils) is well located, in a quiet environment. Some moldy-smelling rooms that soon dissipated when we opened doors and windows. The high setting of the house is an all-glazed solarium, excellent for a breakfast in the sun or a wine in the evening.

Very good accommodation, very spacious and a great place to rest. Condominio located on the comary farm, safely, a beautiful lake and lots of nature to enjoy. I went to visit family members who live in the next condominium and it was really nice. We enjoy the pool and sauna peacefully. I took my golden which enjoyed nature a lot. The very polite and requesting host, always responded quickly. We will definitely come back!

The house is beautiful, very ventilated, flat and with very charming decoration, exactly as described. We went with my elderly mother and the house is very accessible. The place is quiet, with an excellent leisure area and beautiful view of Dedo de Deus, allowing hikes around the lake. The kitchen has all the necessary items for the stay. The hostess was very kind and always attended to us promptly, in addition to presenting us with a bottle of sparkling wine. We'll be back as soon as possible.

My family and I spent incredible days in the house. Surrounding nature, fresh air, complete house, we didn't miss any utensils for our needs, very good shower, hot water. Some things/structures of the house we found a little old, but nothing that would hinder our stay. It's a shame we couldn't get into the pool, as it was very cold and for us it wasn't worth paying the extra for heating it, but it's too beautiful and the outdoor environment too, my baby was delighted with so many trees/plants. In addition, Francisco (host) and César (housekeeper) were super kind in all the contacts we made.

By far the best stay I've had on Airbnb to date! Maria Luiza, her husband Pedro and their little daughter Maiza are wonderful! From the reservation of the stay to our departure, they were simply top notch! They were always very polite and attentive, and they even offered us one of the best peanut brittle we've ever eaten! The house is simply spectacular! From the construction itself, as well as the location and the surrounding view. Believe me, just come in and enjoy! Nothing is missing! The house was extremely clean, organized and fragrant, both the main house and the rooms in the outdoor area. I highlight the bed, table and bath linens. Everything is extremely clean and fragrant. Everything was in these conditions, without exception! The coexistence within the house is incredible. The outdoor areas are also beautiful, including the barbecue and pool area and the surrounding nature. There were 14 of us in total, 3 of whom were children. Everyone had a blast! I hope I can return at another time. It's well worth it!

My family and I spent very happy days at Claudia's house. Very nice house, well maintained and clean. Claudia was very kind the whole time, making us very at ease and comfortable. Comary farm is a reserved and very peaceful place. Walking around there is wonderful. It was an amazing time!

Alexandre's farm is a rural charming gem enveloped in beautiful nature. End of April there were various ripe avocado trees, tangerine & chayote plantations, eggplant & pepper fields, drinkable water spring, chickens & eggs. I fished in the lakes & caught a few tilapias. Hiking & cycling on the farm is wonderful. Ask host for the map & explore everything: viewpoint with gorgeous mountain & sunset view (+4g); small waterfall in the forest and 5 lakes. Sometimes it gets foggy before sunrise & everything turns mystical. Rent great MT bicycle directly from the host! I explored the area on bike - hilly & beautiful. The house is cozy: huge kitchen with everything; firm & comfy mattress; hot shower; fast internet. Closest store~3 km away; supermarkets in Saõ Jose & Teresopolis. Alexandre is one of the kindest hosts. He was there to help with anything. He is the first host ever that went shopping groceries with me to recommend best things, and I’ve lived in 150+ Airbnbs. Thank you!

Me and my friends love to stay at Cléber's house. It is a wonderful place, with a breathtaking view and the home super cozy and spacious. And last but not least, I should talk about Cléber and his wife who were super gentle and solicited. The cake left at check in was a special touch for those days.

The house is good, well located, close to commerce, in a very nice condominium. Hot water and wifi worked well. Large rooms and very good common area. Kitchen lacks basic items like coffee maker and airfryer, is the tip. The cleaning of the house left something to be desired, I think it is worth more attention in this regard. Overall my family liked it a lot and we will repeat the stay!

The house is very good, cozy, very clean and one notices the care of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and appliances and the games available in the house are a differential. We recommend only to note that the stretch of dirt road to the house can be more challenging for lower cars. Communication with the host was also wonderful, always agile and helpful. Having the assistance of people close to the house during the stay was also a very positive differential. We spend very pleasant and fun days among friends.

Margareth's loft is very organized and cozy, the condominium is in a very beautiful place, surrounded by nature, with a stream in front and very close to the Varginha dam. My wife, our baby and I love it and we intend to come back more often!
