Licenciada em 2018, esta antiga casa familiar foi cuidadosamente restaurada a partir de ruínas, preservando a sua traça original com materiais nobres da região, como o granito e a madeira. O seu nome único deriva da sua fundação: a casa assenta inteiramente sobre um maciço rochoso, conhecido localmente como 'côtos', conferindo-lhe uma personalidade rústica e autêntica, perfeitamente integrada na paisagem.

A newly restored 1880 stone house, creating a unique and organic design between its stone walls and its roof with large wooden beams. It stands out for its fantastic views of the Castrelo de Miño reservoir. It is located in the heart of Ribeiro, 2 km from Ribadavia. The Prexigueiro Thermal Spa is 10 minutes away, and there are also several hiking trails. Nearby wineries offer guided tours. Ourense is 28 km away, Vigo airport is 67 km away, and Santiago airport is 120 km away.

As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. The Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to 4 people + 2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to 2 people.

Morriña es una casa recientemente rehabilitada (2019) en la orilla del río Miño, donde el agua “rompe” contra el porche de la casa. Posee dos habitaciones exteriores con baño propio cada una y un amplio salón con chimenea y galería con vistas al río, en la planta superior. Una cocina con comedor y aseo, con salida al patio y al porche, en la planta baja. Se ha cuidado mucho la iluminación y confortabilidad. ATENCIÓN: Si se reserva una sola noche, lleva un incremento de 50€.
