Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

Located in Lara center, next to Terracity shopping mall and Muratpaşa municipality. 500 meters to the beach, all kinds of facilities, markets, shopping malls, PTT, hospitals, beaches, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. It's newly built, no one's lived in it yet, all the furniture is brand new. It has high-speed internet, Netflix, water treatment, natural gas and a lovely balcony. The house overlooks the garden, it is a low-rise and extremely quiet, peaceful building.
