Accès par un grand escalier. Ne convient pas aux personnes handicapés et aux enfants de moins de 4 ans. Attention, le tarif de base pour 2 personnes donne accès à une seule chambre, l'accès à la seconde chambre est avec supplément de 25€.

Cette villa très élégante est parfaite pour séjourner à Terre-de-Haut. Elle est située à Marigot, derrière le collège, au niveau du stade et de la gendarmerie, à environ 10-15 minutes du bourg.
