Sakura-sou/Naoshima Guest House Sakura-so, a 50-year-old house, whole house rental, 2-6 guests

I've updated the photos of the room. The bunk bed in the Western-style room has been removed and replaced with two single beds. The maximum number of guests has been changed to 6. If you already have a reservation for 7 or more people, you can stay with the same number of people without any changes. Naoshima has become a tourist destination not only for Japan but also for the whole world. What changes, what doesn't. Each blends naturally, and the air flows in a way that can only be experienced in Naoshima. You'll feel it even more by staying on Naoshima. Sakura-so opened in the summer of 2014. It is a guest house with a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. 5-minute walk from the center of Naoshima's Miyanoura. It is located in a very quiet place. There is a Japanese-style room with futons (up to 4 people) and a Western-style room with 2 single beds (2 people). You are renting the entire property. You can stay in a house on Toshima, which is located in the Seto Inland Sea, exclusively for one group. You can spend your time slowly and freely without worrying about people watching because you rent the whole building. It is used by a variety of people, including families, friends, and guests from overseas. The location is a 3-minute walk from Karahako Port. There are also artworks nearby (Teshima Art Museum is also about a 15-minute walk) Also, it is close to the mountains and the coast, so I think you can enjoy the time on the island by taking a leisurely early morning walk or watching the sunset. * Because it is a remote island, we emphasize communication in advance. Haus2354: A whole house rental. 5 mins to the port

Haus2354 is within 5 minutes walking distance from Ieura Port, the main gateway of the island. It is also very close to Teshima Yokoo House and is in the area where you can find small shops and eating places. Haus2354 is a Japanese style house with Japanese style floor bedding, and we rent out a whole house during your stay. There are direct boats from Teshima to Shodoshima, Naoshima and Inujima. This place could be your base for island hopping considering its good access to the port.

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas, King Villa & Queen Villa. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building.

It’s located in a village called Karato Oka. You’ll find the Teshima Museum and rice terraces within a short walking. The guesthouse is a Japanese wooden house with only one room, so you can use privately. The room on the second floor has a slightly lower ceiling, giving it a cozy cabin or tea room feel. From the window, you can see old houses, mountains, and persimmon trees, with the morning light streaming in. Experience an extraordinary space and time.

Lani (mountain side) - a whole rental cottage near "Kii-Kabochaya" in Setouchi National Park

OHANA is a private seaside cottage on Naoshima, known as a sacred place of contemporary art. There are two cottages, sea side and mountain side; Lani is the mountain-side cottage. Free parking is available on site. The cottage accommodates 6–8 guests and includes a kitchen and washing machine. It is a 3-minute walk to the Yellow Pumpkin and 2 minutes to the bus stop.
