Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tetouan Province

Mohamed was an excellent host. He was very helpful. Whenever we asked for anything he immediately reacted and tried to make it work. I recommend his flat. It is situated next to the beach and it has a beautiful terrace.

Riad très bien refait dans un style moderne. Farouk et Aziz ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Les points forts: La propreté, la modernité alliée à la qualité, la piscine, Farouk et Aziz. Les points à améliorer: Le réseau internet (très faible), un peu de décoration mettrait plus d'ambiance (c'est un peu "froid"), une table à manger avec des chaises. Merci encore pour tout et à une prochaine fois.

De communicatie met Mariam verliep super en snel. Enorme vriendelijke vrouw. Wij werden ontvangen door de ouders van Mariam en wat een enorme lieve mensen zijn dat. Huis is prachtig, de locatie is enorm centraal en in een rustige buurt. Wij vonden alleen het strand wel ver om te lopen en helemaal langs de drukke weg, maar dat zal er meer aan liggen omdat wij er niet aan gewend zijn. Wij raden het enorm aan om dit prachtige huis te huren en je enorm welkom te laten voelen door Mariam en haar ouders. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, offering a serene escape while still being close to all the attractions. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like a true home away from home. Communication was seamless, with the host being responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. She truly made sure we had everything we needed and more.

The Apartment was great. It has more than enough space, the beach is literally 2 minutes on foot. Well, located. The apartment was very clean, it looked exactly like on the pictures and the kitchen was pretty. I never cooked by myself because mostly I was eating out. Cabo Negro's golden sandy beaches are among the most Beautiful in the region, offering visitors stretches of sand to bask in the sun is a beautiful. It is also a good location for short trips. Marwan was very kind and already welcomed me when I arrived. The apartment has 2 large Bedrooms + 1 Kitchen + 2 large Bathrooms + Saloon + and balcony with a view to the Mediterranean Sea. TV is big + WIFI. I will for sure revisit this place again. Thank you Marwan

Hôte très réactif, logement chaleureux . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de détente, de relaxation. L’accès direct à la plage rend le logement encore plus apaisant. Merci mehdi pour votre suivi tout au long du séjour.

Le séjour dans cet appartement a été parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec goût et extrêmement bien équipé. Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes) est de grande qualité, ce qui ajoute encore au confort. L'emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la plage, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du bord de mer sans avoir à se déplacer. La communication avec l'hôte a été excellente : réactif, attentif et très accueillant. Je recommande vivement ce logement et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Je recommande ce logement hyper bien situé pour un séjour à Martil dans une résidence sécurisé et calme. La description correspond à la réalité très bon rapport qualité prix !

Me encantó alojarme en el apartamento de Dounia. Está decorado con mucho gusto, todo muy limpio y lleno de detalles que marcan la diferencia: cápsulas de café, té, agua mineral… ¡incluso Netflix y canales para ver el fútbol! La piscina es espectacular y sus recomendaciones sobre sitios para visitar fueron todo un acierto. Una anfitriona atenta y encantadora. 100% recomendable.

Voyage bien passé dans le super appartement de Mme RIM Elle est joignable à tout moment. Réactif. Elle nous téléphone pour savoir ce qui nous manque. Mme RIM est très gentille je la recommande. Un grand merci à Mme RIM J’y manquerai pas la prochaine fois. Merci

logement impeccable et chaleureux, très bien situé dans la station. tarik a été très accueillant et réactif. il nous a conseillé des activités et adresses. tout est fonctionnel dans le logement, décoration très sympa. noter que la residence est très fréquentée et très animée à cette période.

Zeer leuke en vooral veilige woning. Er zijn voortdurend bewakers om je heen. je kan je auto makkelijk voor de deur kwijt of in de garage zetten. Je kan in de omgeving heerlijk wandelen en je hebt een aantal zwembaden die je kunt gebruiken. in de omgeving zijn er genoeg lekkere eetspots en voor ons was de locatie vlakbij het strand een pluspunt. We hadden soms in de avond wel last van gehorige bovenburen op dat moment. Imad is een zeer aardige host die snel reageert en behulpzaam is.

Un excellent appartement offrant une vue splendide. En prime, la propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à ceux qui souhaitent se détendre et faire le plein d’énergie positive grâce à ce panorama exceptionnel.

C'était le plus beaux séjour que j'ai passé à Martil, l'appartement est très propre, les serviettes, la douche, la cuisine, l'équipement...tout est parfait, la résidence est hyper calm et proche de la plage de 4 minutes à pieds, Mr.Suleiman est serviable et même il étais pas à la ville il est en contact avec moi pendant tout le séjour, Fatima aussi est aimable et souriante, elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement, Je reviendrai la prochaine fois inshaalah chez vous avec toute ma famille, et je vous remercie infiniment ❤️

Had a lovely stay at El Alaoui's place, the apartment is nice and miss Hafsa is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is nice however no sunbeds or chairs and it closes between 1.30-3.30pm. There is a little shop 100m up the hill apart from that its a 30min walk or 5min taxi ride to the centre where there are many shops, restaurants and cafe's. Beach is 50m away. Overall a very nice stay in a very quiet village! Thank You!

Mon séjour chez Nesrine a été tout simplement parfait. L'appartement est très bien situe. Nesrine est une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours disponible, réactive, et attentionnée. Omar was great from the start and anattentive host that made checking in seamless. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable with all possible amenities available. Hakim helped us check in and was superb as well. The host Omar gave us a call and explained everything and offered to tell us all the local family spots for food and swimming. The complex itself was superb with 24hr security, underground parking and a choice of great swimming pools as well as cafes and restaurants for great breakfast and meals. I will definitely return if we are lucky enough to find Omars place available. Five stars a minimum.
