Riad céntrico precioso. Situada a dos minutos del Palacio Real y de la Avda Mohamed V. Edificio del s.XVIII compuesto de tres plantas y terraza con vistas de 360º. Tiene 5 habitaciones con baño y 1 con baño enfrente, salones árabes y cocina. Es una casa preciosa dentro de la medina. La planta baja tiene un patio central, alrededor del cual hay un salón árabe con arcos, una habitación con techos de 5 mts de altura con su baño, un WC, salita y fuente tradicional. En la primera planta tenemos una habitación con baño enfrente y salones árabes alrededor de una balconada que asoma sobre el patio central de la planta baja. En la segunda planta tenemos cuatro habitaciones con baño dentro, una cocina y un salón árabe que da al igual que tres de las habitaciones, a una pequeña terraza. Y por último, en la tercera planta una terraza con unas vistas preciosas de Tetuan y sus montes. Mounir y a veces también Maite, se alojan en el Riad y pueden ayudar en todo lo necesario, dónde ir, dónde cambiar dinero, qué ver en la medina... Si no, por internet también podemos asesorar. Para moverse lo más práctico son los taxis, que son baratos. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro, al ser una calle peatonal y sin salida, las personas que pasan son únicamente los vecinos. Estos son muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Para moverse por la medina antigua o centro de Tetuan a pie, pues estamos en pleno centro. Para ir a la playa en taxi. Existe posibilidad de tener una persona para atender a los huéspedes todo el día. Bien para cocinar, compra, limpieza o acompañar a excursiones. El precio sería 10 o 15 euros por día dependiendo el número de huéspedes.
