We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house like in the pictures Mrs Jennifer was great easy to communicate and everything was organized and clean I really recommend this house, you will love the place.

As you can tell from the pictures this place is beautiful. From before even booking Rachel was so helpful and accommodating. Once we checked in only had a minor issue which was remedied in ONE HOUR. Like from the moment I messaged until it was taken care of. I would 100% book with Rachel again. After having a small talk with her she felt like a close friend. The house is immaculate, she is so attentive. Going as far as to leave snacks and drinks for us, then brining eggs from her personal chickens. Very responsive. If you don’t pick this place you will regret it. Made lots of wonderful memories with family.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Nick and Karen’s home. It was perfect for our large family gathering. Definitely recommend the home and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Luanne and Emma’s place in The Colony, TX! The home was so welcoming, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days at the soccer fields—comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Every detail was considered—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches that made it feel like home. They truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. I highly recommend this spot to any future travelers—it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you, Luanne and Emma!

This house had everything we needed for our home away from home. Autumn was always quick to respond and assist with our needs! Beds were very comfortable, neighborhood was very safe and the location is close to so many wonderful options! We would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I had a wonderfully stress free stay at The Little Ass Apartment! Michael was a great host, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. The place is amazing inside and out. The three miniature donkeys led by Eve Girl and Kobe the horse were a fun part of the experience. The Banrdo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We spent our days running through the small towns from Collinsville to Tishomingo, OK visiting antique stores. Once back at the property we played corn hole (which I won) and cards ( which I did not win!) before spending the rest of our evening staring at the stars while we sat on the swings outside. What a great place to just get away from the big city! One of our favorite weekend getaways. Thank you Michael and family for your hospitality and allowing us to share your beautiful place! Just book it. I have to brag on Ashley; she is absolutely AMAZING. I told her that I was booking her place for a Ladies Retreat and that I will be making brunch on Sunday. Not only did Ashley get us an extra twin bed to make sure that everyone was comfortable, but she also got us additional serving platters to make sure my brunch was perfect. Excellent communication from beginning to end. During our stay, a very bad storm came in and we lost power. When we woke up trees and powerlines were down. Ashley came to house with a cooler with ice for us because she knew we had a lot of food from the brunch. She also brought us some batteries, fans and flashlights. During the power restoration process, she kept up updated with status and made sure we were ok the entire time. Because of the storm, she also extended a late check out to our group. I highly and undoubtable recommend staying at Ashley's place. You will NOT regret it. It's clean, beautiful and the LAKE. Two thumbs up. Thanks Ashley.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 28th anniversary extended weekend getaway. All was very neat and clean in this 2-bedroom + loft . The A-framed home was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and with a beautiful view from the couch/chairs inside or patio seating outside. We prepped and ate most of our meals cooked in the amply equipped kitchen including pots and pans and dishes all in great condition. We stayed in the main bedroom and the bed was so comfortable with a good amount of closet space (and hangers) for everything we brought with us. We had a great meal at Lettuce Indulge, explored the dam, rode bikes at the park, and visited the farmers market. Thank you Summer for being so attentive and friendly. It was a great stay!

Jimmy and Ryan’s home was perfect for our group. Beds for everyone, and only 3 minutes away from where we left for our guided fishing trip. Their place also has a great outdoor area where we could all hang out and play games while we fried up our fish. The house is super nice and clean, and feels very private. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a hidden gem in the center of Durant, OK. A Peaceful, Beautiful Cottage! Perfect for Veterans and retirees! Pam the Hostess, is Awesome, and return my questions in a timely matter. My Very Favorite Spot is sitting in the backyard, under a shade pecan tree, drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise. I Will Definitely be back!

Melissa’s place is our go-to whenever we’re in town. The place is always spotless and the yard is so peaceful. This is in the perfect location whether you’re here to enjoy the lake or having fun at Choctaw Casino. This wasn’t our first visit to Melissa’s and it won’t be our last!

Great weekend get away, fairly close to Winstar, and very private location. Feels very homey and was extremely clean. Didn’t even need to talk to host since they gave great instructions prior to check in and check out. Will come again for my next birthday probably.

Bad weather, lakes closed as water was too high due to rains. If we were going to be stuck with 6 kids we couldn't have been at a better place. Lots to do. Josh was a great host. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay, the home was beautiful and immaculate with all the amenities that you could ever want or need. All around terrific. Pool was perfectly maintained. Easy, short walk to the pond down the hill with really great fishing!! Indoor and outdoor areas were tops. The theatre room, the interior, and the exterior speaker systems were top quality. Enjoyed by all, we have already discussed booking next year. Thanks, Hannah!

Our stay was fantastic! The kids keep saying they cannot wait to go back. The place is so kid friendly they enjoyed it very much. Such creative builds there! Not far from the lake and light house marina. The restaurant across the street was delicious. We had a bad storm while there and host was very responsive about power and if we may need anything until the power came back which didn’t take long at all. If you’re looking for a family friendly place with in a good budget I suggest the orange place. We will be back. 🧡🧡🧡🧡
