I am very happy to spend our happy trip to Chiang Mai in this condo, with beautiful decoration, complete facilities, advanced home appliances and a luxury swimming pool with a good view upstairs. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will choose this condo🥰

this was one of the most beautiful and comfortable airbnb we've stay at! apartment looks exactly like photos with beautiful lighting. everything was perfect, comfortable. location is just 2 min walk beside maya mall and easily walkable to nimman area for great restaurants, markets, cafes and bars. the host were also super responsive to any requests! overall we had a really pleasant experience :)

Probably one of the nicer condos in the city the infinity pool is deff gram worthy as its 150 metres and on one of the tallest buildings in the city also the sauna and steam room are nice bonuses.

I liked this condo quite a bit! It is not a long walk from the Astra to some of the more popular night markets, there is a nice little cafe in the lobby that is open during the daytime, and it is easy to get rides all over town. Gym is a bit cramped (and popular!) but the equipment is modern and well maintained, with great views of the city of the cardio machines. I didn’t use the pool but it looked attractive too. The building staff are friendly and helpful. Pascal was a kind host. I’d easily recommend this as a comfortable stay for a solo traveler or a couple.

自然が適度にあり部屋には必要なものが全て揃っていました。 サウナやジムも使用でき、Netflixも見ることができたので、街を散策した後、部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができ、最高の時間を過ごすことができました。 困ったときにjibuさんに連絡した時もすぐにお返事があったので助かりました。 一階の受付スタッフもすごく親切でした。 Wi-Fiもあるので完璧です！

We only stayed a few nights in this apartment as there was so building damage which affected the apartment. Our accomodation was sorted by Leslie who relocated us to another apartment on another floor. The apartment we booked was quickly sorted out over the next few days - but in the end the owner and Leslie (host) thought it best that we stay in the new place so not to inconvenience us anymore. We appreciated this greatly - Communication was excellent and the fact that we were considered was so thoughtful. A review of this apartment that we booked was that it was well appointed, clean and as appeared in the advertising. We would have been happy to stay when it was fixed. What set the alternative apartment apart from this one was it was higher up and was on the other side of the building with better views. Others both apartments were fantastic. The beds are Thai beds (not western) which means they are hard. If we could ask for one thing to be improved, it would be this.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

Amazing Stay in Chiang Mai – Perfect Condo with Exceptional Hosts! The location was incredibly convenient close to cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and a fantastic grocery store. The condo itself was exactly as pictured – clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home! What truly stood out, though, were the hosts. Host Uraiphon and co hosts were incredibly communicative, responsive, and proactive. They provided helpful tips about the local weather in Chiang Mai and provided updates when internet went down briefly. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our trip even more special. We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip!

Heel erg mooi verblijf. Het binnen komen ging soepel met de juiste instructies. Het appartement zelf was precies zoals aangegeven. Het appartementencomplex was heel erg rustig en mooi, er hangen alleen wel overal posters dat het niet geschikt is voor backpackers en hotelgangers. Je moet daar een beetje langs kijken. Er was veel te doen in de omgeving en het ligt heel centraal. Er kwamen soms luchtjes vanuit de badkamer maar daar had ik weinig last van. Wat verwacht je ook van Thailand ;) Er was een lekkage door de aardbeving in Myanmar, ik had hier zelf geen problemen mee, de eigenaar verontschuldigden zich heel vaak en gaf tijdelijke oplossingen voor het probleem, maar het viel me niet lastig. De eigenaar was hier heel behulpzaam mee. Over het algemeen een geweldig appartement!!

War wie auf den Fotos. Das Gym ist Fantastisch und der Pool auch. Die Matratze ist für Europäische Verhältnisse etwas hart. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig. Kein Fluglärm.
