We loved staying at Rose House, We were the only ones staying in the compound of small houses. It was very peacefula nd private. Ms Hien was so helpful with checking in daily to make sure we had what we needed and topped up towels, toilet paper, and cleaned. Ammenities were great, kitchen equipment perfect for Vietnamese style cooking, but if youa re a westerner double check with the manager first to make sure what is there so you can bring extra items that are suitable for western style cooking. Pool was fresh and mountain stream clean. The surroundinga rea was lovely to walk around and the house was so homey. Loved it!

We spent a beautiful night at Jade's Villa des Sapins. The house is vaste, modern and was perfectly clean when we arrived. The private garden and natural surroundings were both beautiful and peaceful. Perfect as a quiet and relaxing location to re-energize away from the city. That is also the perfect place for a friends/family reunion: you can enjoy the outdoor barbecue, do some karaoke and have some fun too! Overall I highly recommend going to Jade's villa.

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was very open with huge windows, spacious rooms, and lovely surroundings. The grilling service was a nice touch, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

Everything was very smooth with the booking. Vu was very accommodating and very helpful.

This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

It was such a wonderful experience staying, I have a little daughter and everyone was so helpful. When she wouldn't eat the family helped me to feed her and play with her while I relaxed a little. I can't wait to go back one day!

The surroundings of the villa are so peaceful and quiet it is a dream location to stay for a quite few days away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of Hanoi. Bach was very helpful and friendly in helping us find everything that we needed during our stay!

The villa was even better in person than what the photos show! Each room has its own bathroom, peaceful scenery, and privacy. The living room is large, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great accommodation!

We were looking for a quiet spot to rest before we returned to Canada. This Villa was the best find of our stay. My partner, my 5 kids, and I loved this place. Unfortunately the bikes were not usable during our visit which forced us to take a taxi to go to the market. The city center of Phuc Yen is 8 km from the villa and there are many tasteful restaurants, cafe and shop.
