[Chinese housekeeper, stay-in maid] OCEAN SEAKISS – This luxurious 5 bedroom sea view villa is located in Cape Yamu, one of Phuket's most prestigious locations, overlooking the serene Andaman Sea, within an enclosed area of luxury villas. Covering an area of 1,400sqm with a 17m swimming pool, the villa is almost 100sqm long and has 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which have queen size beds, the 5th consists of two single beds, and three of which have panoramic sea views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The suite can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional charge for 5 bedrooms. Our villa has two maids, our housekeeper is fluent in Chinese, and the villa can also book a driver for you. There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity). No noisy parties in the villa.

The Airbnb location shown on the map is not accurate. We are in a rural area that is quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to really relax and enjoy nature. Our house is beautifully appointed and features a gourmet kitchen. It comfortably accommodates two people for overnight. All overnite guests will receive a delicious breakfast. Sorry but any accompanying children must be 10 yrs old or older and a small surcharge will apply for an extra breakfast. Infants not yet walking are OK :-) NO PETS!
