There is a double lockup garage and a highset carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day.

We run sheep and cattle on our property and have a sheep dog called Shred.

Welcome to Duchess Farm Stay, in Nobby QLD. This is a delightful country experience 30 minutes for Toowoomba CBD. Fully self-contained cabin style accommodation. 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus sofa in lounge. The cabin comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, we don't recommend 4 adults inside. There is room for a caravan or a few tents if you would like to make it a family affair (no more than 10 people). Pets are welcome. There's a cosy outdoor fire pit.

With a private entrance, well appointed kitchenette and bathroom, the studio should meet all of your needs Further down the property, views across the valley are spectacular. Horses/cats/dogs welcome. We are 20km east of Warwick and 20km from Queen Mary Falls. A quick drive down the road is a beautiful clear water rockpool to cool off in on those warm summer days.
