I would recommend Han’s unit to friends and family. The unit is exactly as what was posted online. We appreciate the early check-in afforded to us as well as the free passes at the Beach Club during our first day of stay. There are just some suggestions for improvement though for the unit, we’d appreciate if there’s a double lock for the main door as small kids can easily open the door knob and get out, also the clock in the living room was not working. Overall, it was a nice stay at Anvaya.

Rustic place in the heart of Subic, so homey and cozy. very perfect for family staycation. The check in and out process is very seamless. The host and staff are responsive. The place reminds me of the rustic houses in Baguio. It was perfect for our stay. It was 2 rainy nights so staying in this place felt really home for a family of 7. Cahaya is a good place to accommodate your family after a day tour in Zoobic Safari or otger close places. Although we did not have enough time to explore the fun activities you can do, being lazy and just stayingbin, driving out to Duty Free stores are enough for our stay. we even extended for another night since we loved our stay. They have bikes available for outdoor rides and a tiny stride for our toddler. I think the outdoor babmbikes are for rent. We will definitely be back. Thank you host and to your helpful staff.

We had a lovely stay! The place is a bit old but very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches esp the free sourdough bread and calamansi juice, which were both delicious! The hosts were generous and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in the Subic area. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Tamara's place. Aside from the beautiful and cozy interiors, one of the highlights for us (especially for my kid) was to see the monkeys hanging out in the backyard. Plus you could also see the bats hanging and flying from the trees nearby. It felt like we were in a NatGeo documentary. 😊 Another welcome treat for us was the breakfast items. The sourdough bread was so good! I also appreciated the little touches like the guide book with all the tips and trivia about the place. I also loved how they were responsive about my questions. and you can tell that they are very thorough with cleaning because they immediately told me about an item that we left behind. Truly a gem in Subic. Will consider staying again when we are in the area. 😊

The kind of place that whispers, “Shhh… forget Manila exists for a bit,” and suddenly you’re breathing easier, hearing birds and crickets instead of honking horns and existential dread. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a sense of familiarity—like I was back in our old home in Rabaul, PNG. For a couple of precious days, I was grounded. And not in the “you’re grounded, young lady” way—but in the “oh wow, I’m actually present in the moment and not checking email” way. It’s the kind of home that reminds you of what matters: time with family, the smell of wood, the quiet hum of crickets at night, and the subtle realization that Wi-Fi doesn’t cure burnout. To the hosts—thank you for letting us into your home, because that’s what it truly felt like. A home.

The stay was great overall. The place was just as described, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. However, something to improve is the cooking ware for replacement. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone to stay and experience the Anvaya.

We recently stayed at Piti Nest and overall, we had a really lovely time. The place was really cozy and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. Tamara was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She was responsive and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. When we let her know about some rat droppings we found in the room and a couple of sightings, she was very apologetic and immediately offered us a discount for our next visit to make up for the inconvenience. We appreciated her honesty and effort to improve the situation. Despite that minor issue, we still really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. :)
