Un immense merci à notre hôte pour ce merveilleux séjour en famille ! Ce chalet haut de gamme, niché au cœur des bois, est un véritable havre de paix. La décoration épurée et chaleureuse, inspirée du style scandinave, crée une atmosphère apaisante. Nous avons adoré les grandes baies vitrées donnant l’impression de vivre en pleine nature, sans aucun vis-à-vis. Tout est pensé pour le confort : literie de qualité, propreté irréprochable, nombreux équipements (dont un poêle à bois pour des soirées cosy). Les enfants ont été ravis de découvrir des jouets sur place. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite, réactive et attentionnée. This cabin was an absolute dream for our mothers' first visit to Canada! We were looking for something special, and this place exceeded all expectations. The location was ideal – a perfect blend of natural beauty and proximity to the city. What truly amazed us was how much more beautiful it was in person compared to the already great photos. The serene lake view, the perfectly stocked kitchen, and the immaculate cleanliness all contributed to an unforgettable stay. You can feel the warmth and care in every detail. The hosts were also fantastic, with quick and kind communication. They even helped us retrieve keys we'd accidentally left behind! We can't wait to return and highly recommend this incredible retreat.

This home is really perfect: clean, functional and well equipped! You can access Ottawa quite quickly by car and there is a park behind the neighborhood for small walks.

Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home! It had everything you needed plus lots of extras! The kayaks were fun too :) We were a group of 10 and the house is laid out very well. Would highly recommend!

Some places are just houses. Others hold space and pause. From the first moment we walked in, "The River Retreat" welcomed us like a warm hug. My siblings and I came here to honour the one-year anniversary of our mother’s passing, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. Peaceful, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. Every room, view, and amenity gave us a chance to breathe, reflect, and spend quality family time together. We tried all the amenities, including the hot tub, canoe, kayaks, fire pit, and pool table. But our favourite pass time and location was definitely the home cooked meals around the round table overlooking the river. We left feeling full in every sense. Thank you Marlene and Morgan for being such fantastic hosts! We’ll absolutely be back.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et confortable dans ce chalet, situé au bord d’un magnifique lac, calme et paisible. L’accès privé au lac, ainsi que les kayaks mis à disposition sont un vrai plus. Jean-François a été très réactif et les instructions pour l’arrivée et le départ étaient claires et simples. Le chalet est parfaitement équipé pour quelques jours de détente. Emplacement, équipements, propreté : tout était parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Vili was welcoming and so helpful. She anticipates every need and when asked for suggestions for dining and kids activities, her recommendations were excellent. The house is beautiful and exactly as advertised. No surprises! I give Vili the highest and strongest rating possible.

This Airbnb is great, directly on the water with incredible views, and the hosts make you feel welcome 😁 Highly recommended 👍

Un vrai petit cocon ! Le logement est mignon, cosy, avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière. Idéalement situé à deux pas du village, c’est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. La cuisine est petite mais très bien équipée, on y trouve tout le nécessaire. L’hôte est super sympa et accueillant — on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Je recommande vivement !

This was such a lovely place to stay in. It was comfortable, clean, had great amenities, parking was convenient. Mohammad was also such a great host! We checked in late, and Mohammad still welcomed us, and gave us a tour. He was very responsive through the Airbnb app too. I strongly recommend staying in this place, and if I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!

David’s place was great! Tons of amenities and things to do . It was very clean . We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend it . David himself was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.

My second time visiting Boldairpur, and just as wonderful as the first. The tiny homes are always spotlessly clean and are equipped with anything you’d need. Everyone is so welcoming, including Leeloo and the cats. The location is perfect and having access to a clean bathroom generously equipped with towels is a bonus. The highlight of our stay was being accompanied on an hour walk by the orange and tortoise shell kittens who are the best of friends and straight out of a story book. Thank you to all the residents and Josée for the friendly greeting. We’ll be back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this sweet rustic cabin to catch up with an old friend, and it was an experience to remember. Nestled near the maskinongé river, the cabin offered the perfect blend of tranquility and charm with its warmly lit outdoor seating area and hot tub, which was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay. Soaking in the warm water while gazing at the stars made for a nice appreciation of the present moment. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, featuring a teleprompter. Going through old DVDs and using the screen was a blast. The many vintage architecture magazines scattered around the cabin also made for interesting reads, and really added to the warm feel of the place. Overall, this cabin is a gem for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect to enjoy nature's beauty. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

We stayed at La Belle Denis cabin and it was literally as presented in the picture. The cabin is warm in winter with hot water ! Perfect for a weekend gateway. We love the quietness in winter and the trail on the property. We hope to comeback in Summer to check out the lake! Shu

We had such an amazing time ! So private and peaceful , so calm.. the views are amazing! We were also lucky to see some deers in the morning , overall an incredible time , we can’t wait to come back !

Had a great stay at Eric’s place! He was very proactive in making sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. He was quick to respond to any questions we had as well. The location was great and had a great cottage feel but was super close to all amenities in Cornwall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone!
